mooi hotel, goed gelegen t.o.v. zowat alles.
Bijzondere bouwstijl door grote hoogteverschillen van het terrein maakt het hotel ongewoon en daardoor extra leuk. Voorzieningen en kamer prima. Door het seizoen wel hoog "grijze koppen" gehalte.

Buiten de slechte Wifi op de kamer alles top!
Allemaal opgewekte en vriendelijke personeelsleden. Top service. Mooi hotel (niet modern maar wel gezellig) Vlakbij een pas geopend prachtig winkelcentrum waar ze bij MoGu de lekkerste koffie (en champagne) van Tenerife serveren. Helaas slecht wifi op de kamer (in lobby uitstekend) en…maar dat is natuurlijk overal: al die handdoeken 's morgens vroeg op de stoelen….Gelukkig staan er genoeg stoelen. Kan iedereen dit hotel aanbevelen.

Perfect hotel!
One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! Friendly and helpfull staff, perfect clean room, great location (in front of the beach, at only 30 minutes walking distance from Playa de las Americas, no noise). The breakfast buffet was really wonderful (fresh juices, a person who makes your preferred omelet, fresh fruit,...) and the food at the dinner restaurants was delicious (we preferred the one at the pool side). Free Wifi-internet, also at the pool side. We also received a free upgrade to the junior suite at the check-in without asking. It was really a perfect holiday for us! I would recommend the hotel to everyone!

We had a super week at the Jardines de Nivaria. Rooms were nice and spacious, and well-equipped. Breakfast was excellent as were the dining options. Local dining options away from the hotel are not great - we walked to Caleta most evenings for better dining there. Pool area was very nice and quiet. Overall a very nice and relaxing stay.

Exceptional staff and service. Sensible price points that encourage guests to use the facilities and services rather than look elsewhere. Easily accessible to shops and restaurants, however once inside the grounds, it feels like an oasis of calm. Our first contact and communication upon arrival was with Alejandro and Alejandro. Both gentlemen were professional and keen to help - great first impression and one that continued throughout. Superb stay, thank you all. We will be back.

Lage des Zimmers war nicht meinen Vorstellungen entsprechend. Jeder der daran vorbeigegangen ist hat uns angeschaut. Toilettenspülung ist nicht dicht gewesen. Ausblick war recht bescheiden. Personal überaus freundlich u8nd Gastronomie war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich.

Brilliant stay, good amazing and excellent choice. Pool area clean. Room very spacious in Junior Suite. Only one issue was lack of baby changing near restaurant but still wouldn’t put us off staying here again

Fantastic stay in an amazing hotel
We had a amazing 6-night stay here for my 40th birthday and we honestly couldn't have chosen a more perfect hotel and location for our needs. Excellent, well-furnished, spacious rooms, gorgeous balcony with a fantastic view looking out into the pool area and rest of the estate, delicious food in the restaurants including the outstanding buffet breakfast, unique, wonderful spa, and a very convenient private beach access lift to an array of very good restaurants, shops and promenade, so you are certainly not isolated and it's very easy to get around, either by foot or taxi. The heated outdoor, salt water pool in the hotel is incredible - an amazing size, a huge number of sun loungers, sun shades and towels you can rent (for free) using a card system, a separate, warmer freshwater jacuzzi in the same area, and gorgeous 360 degree views all around. You can even order very nice food and drink to eat by the poolside. The service throughout the hotel is excellent, especially in the Cupola restaurant and spa, and housekeeping and cleanliness were also superb. They have us a free bottle of cava and an adorable card for my birthday, and made our entire stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Great hotel and location
Fantastic hotel, lovely room, pool area and great location. Ate at the buffet one night which was good quality and variety, and dined by the poolside once, also good food and setting. Cocktails excellent.

Not as good this time.
Second time here but they let themselves down this time. A problem with the aircon in the room that went unresolved all week and apparently "they cannot discount the rooms" to compensate us. Shouldn't advertise it as having aircon then at point of payment. We were offered dinner on our last evening as compensation - however, having tried it earlier in the week, we won't be taking dinner in the restaurant again. It was bland and overpriced - plenty of better alternatives in the locale. Given there are two key-controlled security doors we do not understand why it is necessary to fully lock the beach access entrance at midnight - some of us have a life! Excellent pool facilities is still the best feature of this hotel. We will return but we will know next time that complaints go unheard and will shout louder sooner.

Viihtyisä viiden tähden hotelli rannan ja ravintoloiden lähellä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, aina riittävästi mukavia aurinkotuoleja hotellialueella, runsas aamiainen (supernopea ja iloinen tarjoilu). Asiakaskunnan keski-ikä on suhteellisen korkea, rauhallinen ilmapiiri. Loistavaa, ettei allasalueella soi musiikkia. Huoneen siivouksesta pientä sanomista: Meillä oli kaksikerroksinen juniorsviitti, kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja lisävuode alakerrassa. Myöhään tuloiltana huoneessa oli vain yksi peitto, ja lisävuoteesta puuttui päällyslakana. Yhtenä päivänä uutta vesipulloa ei tuotu. Muuten siivous oli huolellista. Sängyt olivat mukavia, parvekkeella kaluston lisäksi aurinkosängyt. Tulemme uudelleen!
