Het uitzicht is geweldig, prachtige tuin. De kamer matig. Hele kleine douche met alleen lauw water. Eenpersoonsbed in de gezinskamer was keihard. Bedlampje stuk. Van zo'n prachtige plek moet meer te maken zijn.

Fantastisch hotel
Wat een waanzinnig hotel, je kijkt uit op zee. In 10 minuutjes loop je naar het centrum omhoog. Voor een leuke prijs bieden ze een pendelbus aan naar een van de stranden. Let op dat het er je over stenen moet om de zee in te gaan, waterschoenen kunnen handig zijn. Het ontbijt is lekker en het uitzicht wat je daarbij hebt maakt het plaatje helemaal compleet.

Mooi oud hotel, kwaliteit onvoldoende
Mooie oud hotel met geschiedenis en prachtig uitzicht. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding onvoldoende. Wij hadden economic room, maar dan hoeven de bedden toch niet erg hard te zijn en de airco ziekmakend? Erg oude airco, filters ooit vervangen? na 2 dagen keelpijn en verkouden. Ontbijt vrij eenvoudig. Personeel over het algemeen vriendelijk. Kamerprijs nogal hoog voor wat je krijgt, op andere locaties was dit beduidend beter. Komt waarschijnlijk door de locatie met naam Taormina.

Hotel Bel Soggiorno in Taormina
Prachtig, romantisch familiehotel van meer dan honderd jaar oud in schitterende staat behouden. De bezoeker waant zich in het begin van de twintigste eeuw, zo tussen 1910 en 1920, in kortom spannende en stijlvolle tijden. Weergaloos mooie uitzichten over de baai in Taormina; uitermate vriendelijk en kundig personeel, warme ontvangst, goede verzorging, heerlijke koelte als het buiten al er warm is. Bel Soggiorno is niet te missen voor iedereen met gevoel voor stijl, traditie, romantiek en geschiedenis. Gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van het drukke centrum, ongeveer tien minuten lopen -wel met aanzienlijke hoogteverschillen (trappen, haarspeldbochten).

Mooi hotel dicht bij Letojanni en Taormina
Dit hotel ligt gunstig t.o.v. de stranden van het gezellige Letojanni en ook Taormina is gemakkelijk bereikbaar. In 10 minuten loop je vanuit het hotel naar een mooi strand met een prettige zee om te zwemmen. Het uitgebreide ontbijt was elke keer weer een fijne ervaring in het restaurant met prachtig uitzicht over de baai van Taormina. De meeste kamers bieden ook een mooi uitzicht over de baai. De kleurstelling in de algemene ruimtes en in de kamers was prettig. Het hotel heeft sinds een jaar nieuwe eigenaren en deze hebben het hotel flink aangepakt. De kwaliteit van het hotel is dan ook aanzienlijk verbeterd t.o.v. de referenties van vroeger. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

The room was charming and there was a lovely private patio area where we could appreciate the lovely view of Etna. Breakfast was delicious and the dining room had lovely views. A short walk uphill to central Taormina - bring comfortable shoes!

Beautiful views from the room. Great breakfast area with excellent options and great indoor and outdoor seating. Rooms were a bit outdated but clean. As long as you’re okay with a more bare bones room with older beds, bedspreads, old carpets in hallways than you’ll be okay. It was about a 10-15 minute walk from the main downtown area with shops and restaurants. Staying on the premise for a drink or breakfast was beautiful with the cliff side views and lemon trees on the property.

The view from this property was fabulous! The breakfast was above fabulous! The parking was on site & clearly marked. The room was average size & the bathroom small, but adequate. The views from the small balcony were fabulous! It was within walking distance to mainstream Taormina, just be prepared for steps. Be sure to visit Castlemola while in Taormina for more amazing views! The common area was stunning. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Room with outside patio was very clean, well appointed and had an amazing view to Etna one way, and the sea the other. Great breakfast. No evening meal but many good restaurants within a short walk. Car park is a bit awkward, but helpful staff will park your car. Hotel is delightfully old fashioned but well maintained.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist einmalig! Das Frühstück auf der wunderschönen Terrasse ist ebenfalls ein Traum. Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Personal ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind sauber, könnten aber ein wenig erneuert werden! Leider sind die Zimmer auch sehr hellhörig, in der Nacht war es teilweise laut. Parkplatz ist beim Hotel vorhanden was wirklich sehr praktisch war. Zu Fuß ist man ca in 10 min im Zentrum! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel wieder buchen! :-)

This was our first hotel stay in Sicily for my wife's birthday celebration. From the moment we parked our car to the final goodbye, this hotel was fantastic. The room was so roomy and beautiful. The outdoor terrace overlooking the water was magical. The staff were graciously friendly and attentive! The breakfast was wonderful and I even got to play a tune or two on their piano and sang Happy Birthday with the staff to my wife!! We love Hotel Bel Soggiorno!

The hotel is in a get location breakfast was good But room was noisy they put us under dining hall so every time someone mover a chair terrible But the one big problem was Wi-Fi very very Bad it would work for a short time then go out and we depend on to a lot so if Wi-Fi is important to you this isn’t the place to stay

Fabulous and dazzling location with direct view to mount Etna. Our room had its private balcony overlooking the gardens and Taormina bay. The hotel has a few parking spaces on property. It is a short walking distance to old town and the Greek amphitheater monument (15 min walk uphill) and many restaurants and shops. Breakfast on the terrace was great with delicious pastries, cappuccino, fresh fruits etc.

Underbart hotell, charmig stad!
Fantastiskt charmigt hotell med underbar utsikt och mycket bra service. Hotellet ligger högt upp men med trappor ner tar det bara 15-20 min att ta sig till stranden.

The position of the hotel is amazing. Staff cheerful and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily with clean towels. Breakfast for any taste. No restaurant or pool but reflected in charge and short walk to town although up steps. Bar opens at 3pm so lovely to sit on terrace with a glass of wine.

Awesome view, accommodations and staff. Beautiful terraces to with amazing views and have a cocktail. Hotel is gorgeous. Staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable. We were leaving at 6:45 am . They had prepared us a breakfast on the terrace and oacked us a lunch for our trip. We will definitely be back.

Parking was a nightmare but that’s just Taormina for you. The hotel has a great view overlooking the sea and Etna. Hotel is a little outdated but overall everything worked fine. Breakfast was very good!
