'Bed is to small, check in lady wasn't friendly at all'

'The bed sheets seemed to have used before.The heating couldn’t be turned off. The bed nearly fell apart and, finally, the lamp needed to be replaced. Some reviews are more positive, so, maybe we were the unfortunate ones. The boy at reception really tried hard to set things right. Couldn’t blame him. '

'The hospitality from the staff was amazing! They even packed us a takeaway breakfast for our early morning tour! The location was great to hop on the tours meeting at the cathedral. As others mention, there is an aroma from the restaurant that runs through the hotel, but we did not notice it much in our room. '

'I am confused: Some things are good, Some things are bad. Bed bugs, i haven’t seen, bad vacuüm cleaning i have seen. Toilet reservoir took minutes to fill up again. Nice shower stuff, water hot/cold good, but Fungus on the kit edges is present. Also the rusted bathroom stuff i have seen: Why? Breakfast: problably a UK issue no cheese and/or ham present.'

'Nice B and B in Inverness. Fraser was helpful and professional. Place was great. We traveled without a car and the place is a 15- 20 min walk from city center and train station. It is a pleasant walk across the Ness river. Just be aware of check in and check out times as it is a small B and B and not a hotel. We are giving the stay a five star review and highly recommend it!
