'Our favorite spot on the whole island was our balcony! Watched turtles, iguanas, sailboats, a parasail in the distance. Nice shade and breeze, unbelievable view. 3 pools all with a view. Convenient bar and grill just a couple of buildings away. Margaritaville Bar and Restaurant next door was also convenient and good.'

'The hosts were extremely accommodating and very hospitable. It is in a safe place. The view is spectacular. Thereis nothing not to like.'

'Great hotel, beach front rooms are beautiful and staff is friendly and helpful. You do have to take a taxi everywhere as there are no side walks to walk around and explore the area. Red hook ferry is less than 8mins by car. '

'Jammer dat het balie personeel, zowel bij in als uitchecken zo onvriendelijk was en omdat het time share appartementen zijn, moesten wij halverwege de week van kamer wisselen, smorgens om 10 uur eruit en de belofte dat we om 13.00u weer op de kamer konden, werd 15.00u, wat ons nors werd medegedeeld, we moesten maar wachten. Het uitzicht was pracntig over de baai.'

'We loved our short stay at The Mafolie. The views there are spectacular. Stephen and his staff are very accommodating and friendly. The cooked breakfast is huge and delicious, we couldn’t eat it all. In fact my husband keeps saying he wants a Mafolie breakfast again. '

'Hotel is verouderd en heeft dringed onderhoud nodig, zwembad is klein en ook verouderd. Restaurant is goed eten ok. Geen lift dus met zware koffer een hele toer om boven te komen als je niet op de eerste verdieping zit. 2 nachten meer dan genoeg om hier te verblijven. Heeft 3 sterren maar 2 sterren zou meer dan genoeg zijn'
