'This hotel is very beautiful. The rooms were spacious and came with fully equipped kitchens. The beach was amazing and everything was spotless. There wasn’t a blade of grass out of place on the overall grounds. All in all, we had a great stay but I will say that the customer service needs some work. This is the only reason why I do not give 5 stars. There is a lack of effort and flexibility/accountability from the guest relations staff and if you “annoy” them to much by asking for help with...

Make sure to take advantage of the water sports Center!! The properties extremely hilly take advantage of the shuttle if you don’t want to walk up and downhill.The shuttle runs 24 hours You sure to take advantage of the hotels catamaran to the waterfall and mud baths'

'Ideal spot for honey moon or celebrating special occasion with significant other. My wife and I came for our 10 year anniversary and scheduled a photo shoot on the premises. The rooms were surreal. I would highly recommend opting for the room with pool. Stunning views and more spacious room. All in all an Amazing experience from start to finish, highly recommend! '

'Marigot Beach Club is mij tegen gevallen. Het eten was erg slecht, daarmee bedoel ik het ochtend ontbijt. S'avonds viel ook het warm-eten heel. ik probeerde lokaal voedsel te eten, zelf dat viel tegen. Na het avondeten kreeg ik de rekening, dit was vrij-prijzig het was het helemaal niet ward. Na dag 6 op het resort werd mij gevraagd of de kamer gedaan kon worden, ik schrok, waarom werd mij dat gevraagd, dat hoort bij de service van het resort. "This hotel is very beautiful. The rooms were spacious and came with fully equipped kitchens. The beach was amazing and everything was spotless. There wasn’t a blade of grass out of place on the overall grounds. All in all, we had a great stay but I will say that the customer service needs some work. This is the only reason why I do not give 5 stars. There is a lack of effort and flexibility/accountability from the guest relations staff and if you “annoy” them to much by asking for help with simple things, then they even talk to each other about you as a group behind the front desk and roll their eyes in front of the hotel guests while you are talking to them. I found that a bit disrespectful. "
