'We spent a few days in this wonderful holiday house, spotless clean, good garden and nice balcony. We were looking forward to sitting in the garden shed, but (un)fortunately we had stunningly nice weather, so the garden shed wasn’t used after all. Also communication with the owner was very nice. 'Ric’s cottage has been renovated to the highest standard and has all the amenities for an extremely comfortable stay in Whitstable. A bit of trouble initially finding a parking space but once we found one, we had no need to use the car again, as everything was within walkable distance. Lovely garden for sundowners! 'Het is een heerlijk huisje om met ons gezin een week vakantie te houden. Genoeg dingen te doen in de buurt om je bezig te houden. Canterbury Cathedral, White Cliffs of Dover, Dover Castle echt een aanrader, wildpark etc. Leuk dorpje met restaurants en shops, vlakbij het strand en haventje. Top vakantie.'

'Es war sehr schön, wir haben es genossen! Bei Ankunft mussten wir erst bei der Reception nach einem Plan fragen, dann klappte es! Instruktion für Heizung wäre schön gewesen, es war bei Ankunft eiskalt... Leider hatte es keine Dusch-/ Abtrocknungstücher, mussten als erstes kaufen... Bett war bezogen. Innenausstattung sehr schön! Geschirr nicht ganz so sauber... Aussenbereich war sehr schön, dadurch dass es sehr regnerisch war, matschig...(man muss durch Wiese gehen, hat keine Platten oder...

'We had a lovely stay. House is located very well. Shops, restaurant and the beach are all within walking distance. The house itself is even better then advertised. Fully equipped, nice little garden and lots of treasure for the kids to discover. Sara was very friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any question we had. We would love to return someday!'

'We get good responsive action when we needed the flower and front garden cut. back garden need cutting, insect started entering the house, shower curtain need to be fixed but response, we mop water everyday after shower. We stayed over 3 weeks no cleaner to clean and we paid for cleaning each time we extend our stay. We will go else where so that the house can be cleaned when we leave instead of extending it and remain in the unkept environment. We stayed that long because of nearness to home...

'We had a lovely stay at Higham Manor. The property is spacious with a great pool and hot tub. We had 3 generations of our family and a dog and everyone enjoyed themselves. The property is a quirky mix of shabby chic and gothic. With everything we needed for our stay. Lots of parking and no stress at checkin or checkout. Would definitely recommend this house.'
