'Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. They certainly did not cut corners with lovely meat dishes, lots of fresh fruit, fresh breads really nice. My ONLY small criticism was that we chose this hotel because it showed a swimming pool and hot-tub. However they didn't make it clear that you have to PAY EXTRA for this EVERY time. 'The advert clearly says WIFI available, when we got there it was only in reception which is open for 2 hrs in the morning and 2 at night (if they came) and only one person in reception at a time, what a joke as i had to work whilst there. Also bed was broken which we complained about twice and were twice told it would be repaired, which never happened. never staying here again'
