とても交通の便がよい立地にあるホテルです。セントーサ宿泊者に無料のモノレールまで徒歩2〜3分です。ビボシティまで2駅です。ホテルスタッフはみなフレンドリーです。ホテルの部屋は狭いですが、清潔感があり、よく考えられた作りです。水道は浄水されている蛇口が設けられているので飲み水を買う必要はありません。トイレはウォシュレットがついています。シャワーは上からのレインシャワーと手持ちのシャワーの2種類あります。一つ不満があるとすれば、部屋のシャワールームは扉がなくカーテンのみなので、水がシャワールームから出て床がすごく濡れます。気になる方は小さいスノコを持って行く事をおすすめします。ホテルのプールはタオルが使い放題で、部屋から持って行く必要はありません。週末は映画ナイトをやっており、プールに入りながら映画を観れます。（英語です）また、他によいと思ったのは、各フロアに飲み物と軽食の自動販売機があるので、便利です。その横に氷と水の機械もあります。全体的にとても満足のいくホテルでまた泊まりたいです。

The property is centrally located near the beaches, monorail and Resort World (Universal Studios, Adventure Cove water park and the Aquarium). The rooms were smaller than I expected from the photos but very functional and thought out. We had a family room which was two connected rooms. Good to have two bathrooms. To be more eco, the hotel should use large pump bottles of shampoo in the rooms rather than small one time use tubes. The pool area is pretty but needs more umbrellas and lounge chairs. Most of the day it has direct sun and there is nowhere to sit by the pool without burning. Movie night was a nice touch.

The hotel was a good hotel great facilities, the pool was amazing, staff lovely but the cleanliness of the rooms leave a bit to be desired. The floor was vacuumed maybe once in 8 days and wasnt mopped in all that time.

Excellent location and super friendly staff, the pools were amazing too. The only things we thought were missing were a communal space for guests or a bar and our room was quite small for a family of 3.

The location of the hotel is nice as it is within walking distance to the station. There are many restaurants and 7-11 in front of the hotel exit. Although the front desk service took a while to check in, it was acceptable for me but it considered long time for my child as exceed 15 minutes. The hotel's drinking water system is really convenient and you don't have to worry about the extra cost of buying bottled water in Sentosa. There is a water filtration device (membrane) and we all have our thermos bottles to fill up water. We only book a breakfast in hotel one day while we checked in. My daughter likes the rice noodles very much so she ate two bowls. She loves their swimming pool and river pool. It was a great experience for us. Hopefully we will have a chance to stay again soon.

This property is lovely, and close to the monorail at Imbiah station, so provides great access to getting on monorail. Staff on front desk are lovely and helpful, and the rooms are very clean. While the pools are wonderful and a real treat looking over the harbour, there was not one day that we did not have to go hunting for towels, as they were never in the towel area. It was always a guessing game as to whether we would be able to have towels for our swim. Also, the signs clearly state the pools being open 7am-8pm, however it appears they are actually open 8am-10pm, which no one took any notice of. It would also be great if the empties from the night before’s pool bar were removed before the morning swimmers arrived. Great hotel to stay at, would recommend and would definitely stay again.

プールがとてもよく、清掃についてもかなりスケジュールを柔軟にご対応頂けました。小さい子供2人と一緒に泊まりましたが、子供用のプールもあるし、レストランも子供に優しいし、ビーチにも近いし、非常に満足ですね。他の利用者の評価について半信半疑でしたが、次回もこのホテルに私は泊まりますね。大変満足です。

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and really friendly and kind to our young children. On arrival after a long flight from the U.K. they had ice creams for us all and balloon swords and flowers for the kids to keep them entertained during check in. The rooms were spotless and the beds were really comfortable. They had put some balloons, cakes and teddies in the rooms For our arrival which was a lovely touch. The hotel is really conveniently located for exploring the beach, city and all that Sentosa has to offer. Overall a fantastic experience.

Love this hotel! Pool was awesome for the kids and the breakfast at the Native Kitchen was amazing. Couldn’t fault a thing. Would recommend.
