'Beautiful apartment in a great location, short stroll to the Metro so very easy to get around Paris, lots of cafes, restaurants, shops close by - the patisserie below is a must! Host Philippe was fantastic, responded quickly and very accommodating - free WiFi was such a bonus too! Loved every minute of our time in Paris, made all the more special staying at this lovely apartment. Highly recommend'

'WiFi werkt niet en geen antwoord gehad op mijn berichtje. Wasmachine werkt niet. Tooster werkt half aan 1 kant. Verder klopt de foto niet met huisje. Erg basic. Geen wasteil en schaar. Ligging prima, dicht bij bakker, supermarkt en metro.'

'The place was very dirty and there was an ant infestation as well. The check in process was a nightmare as the management company left everything about check in until the very last minute, and provided an out of service number at the time of booking, where they could not be reached. I had to escalate this issue with no resolution. I complained to them about various issues upon arrival and got no response until the night before my departure. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting place to stay....

Cadre de fenêtre dans la cuisine sale. Brosse de toilette usée - trop petite. Lit trop dur et trop étroit. Les rideaux de la chambre à coucher laissent passer trop de lumière. Robinet d'eau froide de la salle de bain ne fonctionnant pas, brossage des dents dans la cuisine. Porte-rouleau des toilettes...

'The 80 stair steps bring you to a quiet studio. Clean and ok. It takes a little gymnastics to get into the bed, because it is tucked away under the sloping ceiling. Various shops and nice restaurants in the area and a metro stop very close by. Contact with the owner is easy. Good for a few days of exploring Paris.'

'It is a small place on the 17th of an apartment building. Perfect for a solotraveler or a couple. All the amenities you need. Supermarkets and restaurants in the neighbourhood. It is not the pretty part of Paris, but the metro is at 5 minutes. Host lives in the same building and is helpful.'

Vrij compleet uitgeruste keuken, maar geen magnetron. Op aanvraag nieuwe pannenset voor inductie aangeleverd, zeer nette en snelle communicatie hierover! Twee badkamers, beetje aan de krappe kant maar wel fijne regendouches met goede straal. Prima bedden. Goede wifi. In tegenstelling tot foto’s slechts 1 tweepersoonsbank om op neer...

'This apartment worked great for us and our two teenagers. Location in the Marais is super, and access to Metro very close, so you can get everywhere quite easily. The apartment itself is just like in the pictures. It's on the top floor and has a panoramic view out over the city - no major monuments in the direct sight-line, but still very cool. 'Idéalement situé pour quelques jours à Eurodisney. Calme et conforme à l'annonce. Petite terrasse sympa! Petite amélioration souhaitable : la propreté de la vaisselle.'

'Le logement est très spacieux pour un we en famille à 4. Il est très bien équipé, nous avons même pu jouer à certains jeux présents dans le logement ce qui a bien occupé nos enfants :) sans parler des livres qui étaient également à notre disposition. Rien à dire la communication avec le propriétaire était bonne, il était très à l'écoute de nos besoins. Je recommande.'
