'Where do I start? Let me start with communication with the owners and the amazing staff that they have. Everyone was very helpful answering questions before and during the trip. Absolute top notch team. The house is perfect but to focus on one thing I will go with the heated swimming pool. Private. Relaxing and what a view. I would also recommend that everyone rent the golf cart. Makes everything simple coming and going as you please. Thank you for the wonderful vacation. We will return.'

'The location was phenomenal. Right on the beach, walking distance to anything needed, restaurants, convenient stores, beach. Loved the indoor outdoor living. Only thing is because it doesn’t close off and quiet time is 11pm we all would head to bed at that time. So if you like to stay up later and hang out it might not be the optimal choice.'

Even though the location is close to the beach, be prepared for the hills as regular cars won't be able to go up. We had to rent special golf cart that could handle the hills. 'The house is gorgeous and huge!! We were 2 families with 4 teens, and the accommodations were perfect. North Side location is great - just far enough out of the craziness, but quick walk if you are looking for action. It’s also really convenient to the walking trail to San Pancho, which was a great way to spend a day! Can’t recommend this place enough!'
