"The hotel is located at a prime spot in the old harbour, very well connected by a metro station nearby. Personnel is very friendly and speaks English very well, both of which exceed the standards in France. The hotel interior has a style on its own with the rooms mainly classical French style. Breakfast was excellent at a fair surcharge. The room was comfortable, well-styled and clean. Some minor points: outside the hotel a sewers’ smell can be noted mainly at ground level, which in fact applies to the whole north quay and probably is beyond te hotel’s influence. Furthermore, laundry service is offered but a iron in the room may be appreciated for the occasional do it yourself. All in all I would certainly recommend the hotel and come back when in Marseille. "

"freindly efficient staff, claen well designed room, 2 minutes from station and 15 mins safe walk to Vieux Port. As all station areas, there are some dodgy looking people, but in general it is safe here, as always plenty of people around even at 06:00 in the morning."

"Brand new hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is extremely friendly and helpfull. Not everything is working sufficiently yet and there are still some start up hiccups. The only reason why not to choose this hotel is the neighborhood. No nice bars and restaurants around. "
