'Prachtige locatie maar wel altijd de auto noodzakelijk om iets te ondernemen. Zelfs bij een wandeling. Huisje, locatie, zwembad prachtig, alleen jammer dat het terras van de eigenaar aan het zwembad grenst waardoor je nooit echte privacy ervaart.'

'La villa de Juan est très accueillante et l'emplacement est idéal comme point de départ à la découverte de cette merveilleuse île de Tenerife. Juan a été un hôte très sympathique et nous a accueilli avec beaucoup d'attention. Nous y retournerons sans aucune hésitation !!..Donc à recommander !!'

'Fantastische woning: zeer rustig gelegen, ruim, dakterras en een mooie tuin. Het huis is een aanrader voor wie een verblijf in Tenerife zoekt weg van het drukke Costa's. De aandachtspuntjes: de 2 enkele bedden in de masterbedroom hebben nood aan een nieuwe, betere matras en een paar extra verwarmingselementen zouden in de winter wel handig zijn.'

'Dit huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een top verblijf. De locatie bied mooi uitzicht over Puerto de la Cruz en ligt op loopafstand van het centrum van La Orotava. Het huis is ruim net als de tuin. De keuken biedt alles wat je nodig hebt. De bedden zijn goed en de badkamer groot. Het parkeren van huurauto is even puzzelen in verband met het smalle straatje.'

'Wir haben nur den oberen Teil des Hauses bewohnt, da die untere Wohnung erst bei Nutzung durch mehrere Personen geöffnet wird. In der Wohnung oben war es sehr geräumig und wir haben den Platz am Anfang bei schlechtem Wetter genossen. Bei bald folgendem besseren Wetter haben wir dann auch den Pool und die Terrassen (mehrere!) genutzt. 'La Victoria is a great place to be. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance, and a stunning view over the Teide and the ocean. The house is little and charming. The owners Ronald and Irmel are realy nice and made us feel welcome. They live on the property, you are charing the garden with them. If you don’t mind socializing and smokers it’s a perfect stay in Tenerife.'

'Wat een prachtig ontworpen en comfortabel ingericht ruim huis met uitkijk over de bergen. Wij hebben er genoten van de gastvrijheid van de eigenaar, de klantvriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van Daniel en de heerlijke ruimte in en om het huis. Een geweldige uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen, uitstapjes naar zee, naar Santa Cruz , de wijnstreek en het ontdekken van de schoonheid van het Noorden van Tenerife. Een echte aanrader.'

'We had a fabulous stay in Tenerife. The top floor of this house is quiet, modern and has fantastic views. We slept comfortably and were happy with all of the utensils in the kitchen. The internet is incredibly fast and good for streaming music and shows. We enjoyed the barbeque, which came with all accessories we needed and on other nights, we walked to the town through the beautiful Parque Taoro (lots of climbing, though). 'Zeer ruime bovenwoning gelegen in een klein, niet toeristisch, plaatsje. Schoon, goed ingericht, de keuken is goed voorzien alleen een waterkoker zou nog wel handig zijn. Let wel, alleen voor mensen die goed ter been zijn ivm met de vele trappen die men op moet. Aardige gastvrouw / gastheer spreken weinig Engels maar communiceren per e-mail / sms in het Engels gaat wel goed. Wij hebben er een heerlijke week gehad.'

'We had a perfect stay. Location very central to all places on the island. Thats what we did. It is in the middle of the city-noises. Sometimes really loud but never till very late. We were probably just as loud, playing in the perfect pool!! Very friendly owner and contactperson. Good contact and immediate solutions. When we come back to Tenerife for sure we will book this accomodation again.'

'It was a real pleasure to stay in the house. The well-kept garden is a great place to relax and enjoy the views of the Atlantic and the Teide. Great sunsets to see while lounging on the chaise-longs over a glass of wine. The house is practical and offers all amenities for a nice stay. Would definitely go there again.'

If you're looking to stay somewhere away from the city crowd, enjoy the ocean's sound, and are not afraid to walk a ways to your destination, this is the place to stay. I would suggest not bringing much stuff with you but instead taking only what you need. It is a small space.'
