Riguardo al pagamento del soggiorno, non obblighiamo mai nessun ospite a saldare l’ intero importo all’ arrivo, ma chiediamo di farlo possibilmente entro il giorno prima della partenza, proprio per evitare code e lunghe attese.La camera Da Lei prenotata è una Singola, Basic. Il Club Meeting offre diverse tipologie di camere, tutte visionabili sul nostro sito web e anche sui portali dove siamo presenti online: a partire dalle Basic, camere moderne e confortevoli, provviste di tutti i servizi necessari per una vacanza all’ insegna della spensieratezza e perfette per un soggiorno di totale relax. If you are looking for something extra, we invite you to try our Comfort rooms, which have additional services and are completely soundproofed, while the Superior rooms enjoy an excellent view of our Rimini beach and can offer even more prestige for all our discerning guests.Regarding parking, our hotel (as reported on portal) offers a paid external parking service (in Comfort and Superior rooms, parking is already included in the price).We have a car park in the immediate vicinity (about 60 meters away), which we recommend to all our guests, a 24-hour guarded car park (about 500mt) and an internal car park, but smaller, with limited spaces. Poniamo molta attenzione alla preparazione della stessa e cerchiamo sempre di migliorarci, inserendo ogni giorno nel nostro buffet prodotti nuovi, freschi e ricercati.La pulizia, che è un aspetto per noi di fondamentale importanza e che cerchiamo sempre di eseguire in modo attento e rigoroso.Nel frattempo abbiamo preso buona nota delle sue preziose segnalazioni. Riguardo l’ aria condizionata fredda, siamo a specificare che l’ impianto è acceso nel periodo estivo indicativamente dal mese di Giugno in poi.Il suo arrivo presso di noi è stato nel mese di Maggio, dove il meteo ci sorride ma ancora le temperature medie seppur gradevoli hanno un escursione verso il basso nella serata.In ogni caso ci teniamo a specificare che per venire incontro alla Sua esigenza, il primo giorno Le è stato subito proposto un ventilatore a colonna in stanza.Se tornerà ancora a trovarci a Rimini cercheremo di conquistarla pienamente. Gentile Sig Domenicola ringraziamo per aver scelto il Club Meeting Hotel di Rimini e ci dispiace che non si sia goduto appieno il soggiorno presso di noi.Ci scusiamo davvero se al suo arrivo il divano letto non era stato ancora preparato, ma solo in seguito al suo avviso, inoltre ci teniamo a precisare che la problematica della doccia era dovuta soltanto ad un piccolo intervento idraulico giornaliero, del tutto risolto nell’ arco di massimo 1 ora.Per quanto riguarda il “frigobar vuoto”, abbiamo optato per questo servizio di base, che su richiesta, può essere sempre rifornito come mini-bar, contattando la reception, come è indicato chiaramente nell’ informativa posta in evidenza nella camera. Il servizio in camera è su richiesta ed a pagamento, ma il costo di una bottiglietta d’ acqua piccola è di 1,50 (non 5); infatti Lei ha richiesto 2 bottigliette piccole ed ha pagato un totale di 3.
