Uitstekend hotel. Vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen bij de receptie. Heerlijk ontbijt, ruime schone kamer. Het hotel is modern en mooi ingericht, er is duidelijk goed over nagedacht. Ligging is praktisch, in oude haven gebied, vlakbij de papegaaiduiker- en walvistochtenbootjes en vlakbij Harpa en het centrum van Reykjavik.

The room is exactly what I needed for a short stay in Reykjavik… the staff is very kind and always willing to help. I also appreciated the green initiative to forego housekeeping service. The lobby is great to hang out and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere.

I really wanted to like this property but it just has to many downsides. From the outside it looks great super cute theme throughout the hotel however it was deceiving. First the hotel staff is very unfriendly and act as if you should be happy they are there to help you. The room was a shoe box with uncomfortable beds paper thin walls and the bathroom that was a foot away from the bed with a door that didn’t seal all the way. Had a nice balcony but that’s about it. The bar was nice drinks and food were good. Location was okay the marina is kinda loud and ugly. Definitely would pick somewhere else next time.

I really enjoyed staying at this property and felt the staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel has some unique art and design concepts that made the stay more fun and the location is right by the pier which was perfect for me to get to a puffin watching tour early in the morning. I had a room with a balcony that felt very private and provided a great view. The room was perfect for 1 or 2 people. The room was very clean and had some fun touches like Icelandic phrases and helpful words to The complimentary breakfast in the morning was fantastic and included a whole buffet of choices. I expected a light breakfast but there were a wide variety of options catering to any diet. Being gluten and dairy free, I was impressed. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending this hotel to friends heading to Reykjavik.

The hotel was pretty awesome! everyone was super friendly and the hotel was really pleasantly decorated, it’s right by some restaurants and the water. My partner dropped his phone in a puddle and they gave us rice to put his phone in. No parking at the property so heads up but overall a really awesome experience, would definitely stay again

Check-in was a breeze, the entire stuff was accommodating and helpful, they made us feel welcome and to top it off, great breakfast service. Location is great, easy walk to the city center, free parking and quiet so we can relax after a full day of activities.

Das Hotel hat uns super gefallen. Es liegt direkt am Hafen und nur ein paar Gehminuten von Whale Watching, Lava Show, Saga Museum und vielen anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Das Personal war immer super nett. Gut fanden wir auch die Möglichkeit ein Grab and Go Frühstück zu bestellen, da wir oft vor dem eigentlichen Frühstück schon raus mussten.

Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend, selten so einen tollen Service erlebt. Die Auswahl zum Frühstück war recht klein, dennoch war für jeden etwas dabei. Die Unterkunft war gut gelegen, nicht mitten im Zentrum aber nah genug um zu Fuß überall hin zu kommen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle für den FlyBus ist quasi direkt vor dem Hotel (Max. 1 Minute Fußweg). Unser Highlight war die gemütliche Lobby mit einer kleinen Feuerstelle - hier konnte man den Abend entspannt ausklingen lassen.

Excellent location, easy walk to many sights we were wanting to see. Right around the corner from a grocery store, as well as a food hall. Also walking distance (.25 miles) from the Lava Show location. The room was nice, and the kids loved the large bunk bed. Solid in house bar to unwind. The staff was excellent and very kind and helpful. My ONLY NEGATIVE for the facility is the shower. It had a rainhead which is AWESOME. The water pressure and the heat was AWESOME. However, it was a walk-in shower, with no border. So essentially the water just runs into the bathroom, and if you're not building your own towel/border it could run into the main room.

Nice hotel on the harbour. Conveniently located to shopping, tours, and bus stop. Hotel had a delightful restaurant for dinner. However the breakfast was a buffet for 30$ per person. With no ala cart menu. I understand that food is costly in Iceland but 30$ each morning is a bit out there. Over all 9/10, would recommend

While the hotel was in a nice part of the city, the accommodations did not meet our needs. The customer service was not there, the room service was not good because our towels were not refreshed daily, the noise was awful - you could hear every footstep and door shutting, the thermostat did not work properly and the room was overly hot all night, the smell in the bathroom was strange and didn’t feel fresh. And worst of all the bedding was small and scratchy. This hotel was rated 4 stars online but I wouldn’t give it more than a 2.

Great location for restaurants and marina excursions. Staff friendly and helpful. Only complaint for our winter visit was no thermostat in the room and they keep them very warm at night. Rectified by opening windows but our room opened onto street level so a bit noisy.
