'Erg mooi huis, compleet ingericht alles is aanwezig. 2x per week de hulp was ontzettend fijn en ondanks wat opstart problemen wij waren de 1e huurders ontzettend fijne tijd gehad. Locatie is super je loopt zo naar het strand wel erg steil om bij de zee te komen, Maar dat geldt voor heel Cala Porter. Cala Porter is een super mooie baai - geweldige heldere zee, heerlijk strand. Dorpje vonden wij wat minder omdat het erg op Engelse is gericht, maar daar heb he totaal geen last van in het huis op...

'L’annonce décrit une maison pour 4 avec une chambre , et en plus un canapé lit, il s’agit d’un studio / une seule pièce mitoyen , voisins très proches. L’unique couchage est donc le canapé lit hors d’âge d’une saleté repoussante, on sent la structure le matelas est fait des différents coussins , on y dort très mal. Tous les textiles sont sales/taches ( coussins des banquettes , linge de toilette, fauteuils extérieurs) . Pas de poubelle pas de torchon de cuisine , pas de poêle, vaisselle grasse)....

'J'ai été très déçu par le rapport qualité/prix de cette location. Pour moi, elle ne vaut pas plus de 50€. Arrivée avec des fourmis et le sol sol. Électroménager vêtus, pas de torchon ni de vaisselle. Etc.... Dommage la piscine est sympa et ce n'est pas très loin de la mer....'

'Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Einige Restaurants in 5-10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Leider ist die Strandbar schon länger geschlossen. Zugang zur Villa mit Schlüsselsafe ohne Probleme. WLAN Passwort leider erst nach Nachfrage beim Vermieter. Es war leider kein deutsches TV eingestellt ( Antennenprobleme? Receiver ?) aber die Schweizer Freunde des Hausbesitzers haben am 2. Tag Abhilfe geleistet und als Entschädigung uns eine gute Flasche Rotwein geschenkt. Danke...

'Ein wunderschönes kleines Feriendomizil. Absolut perfekte Lage direkt am Meer. Freundliche Einheimische Nachbarschaft und sehr ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr ganz neu aber es ist wirklich sehr schön. Toni der Vermieter ist sehr gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein gelungener Aufenthalt-jederzeit gerne wieder'

'Waking up with the ocean near your feet. Nice appartement, enough space for 7 people, later on we were 8. Location and host were very good. Cleare see water , Nice fish, quiet beach, Nice area with good bars and restaurants and supermarkets. '

'Le logement est mignon, l'équipement complet, la décoration sympa. En revanche, le logement était sale (fourmis partout) et l'odeur d'égout émanant de la salle de bain désagréable. Tellement dommage....'

'Maison agréable avec piscine privative. Les 4 chambres sont indépendantes. Très bien pour des vacances à deux familles. Maison bien équipée. Un point négatif : pas de climatisation dans les chambres. Mi-août il fait encore très chaud le soir. Propriétaire disponible et très gentille. Agréable séjour. A louer sans hésiter.'

'Wir hatten zwei Wochen gebucht und spontan um weitere Nächte verlängert. Lucia war sehr freundlich, flexibel und gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet! In der Küche fand man allerlei nützliche Utensilien sowie Salz, Zucker, Gewürze, Teigwaren, ein Tiefkühlelement, etc. Im Kühlrschrank befanden sich bereits Wasser für uns bei Ankunft, danke!! Die Wohnung hatte für zusätzliche EUR 50 eine Klimaanlage, die wir nicht hätten missen wollen! Zudem hatte die Wohnung überall Fliegengitter...

'Gut mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Stilvoll, nicht überladen mit herrlicher Aussicht, liebevoll dekorierten Terrassen und kurzen Weg in den Ort zum Bäcker etc. Absolut empfehlenswert!'

'The villa was really nice. There was everything you could possibly need. The pool was really clean. Supermarkets and restaurants were about 20 minutes away to walk and the quality of the food we had was really good and very reasonably priced. We used the bus a couple of times to Fornells and Mahon and really enjoyed our days there. We had never gone on a villa holiday before but would definately do it again.'

'What a beautiful villa; The location is incredible, on the edge of the cliffs, clearly a sought after position! The facilities both inside and out we cannot fault and make for a superb holiday. The beach, supermarkets, restaurants, cliff jumping & snorkelling are all within a few minutes walk. We would certainly consider booking again'

'Es un resort amplio, recomiendo la zona Prestige Suites antes que el resort normal. Conexión directa con la playa, habitación muy amplia, mini cocina, dos baños, cama muy comoda, buenas vistas y personal de 10!'
