Ligging is perfect, complex is omgeven door prachtige tuinen en strand is top. Voor een groot complex ook redelijk rustig ten opzichte van andere resorts die soms party hotels zijn. Alleen van 4 tot 6 uur staat de muziek wat harder bij het grote zwembad vanwege de animatieactiviteiten. Andere zwembad is altijd rustig. Ook veel faciliteiten in apart "family" gedeelte voor kinderen. Bungalows zijn lekker ruim en modern, voorzien van alle nodige faciliteiten. Eten in buffet restaurants is van goede kwaliteit en gevarieerd. Nadeel is dat a la carte restaurants 24 uur vooraf gereserveerd moeten worden en dat er verkopers actief zijn voor holiday time sharing. Genoten van het verblijf.

Het Grand Bavaro Princess heeft een prachtig (en schoon) strand. Daarnaast is het park zeer groen aangelegd, waardoor het niet overweldigend voelt. De vrij lopende dieren op het resort en zeer vriendelijk personeel passen goed bij het vakantiegevoel en de relaxte sfeer van het resort. Zeker een aanrader voor een ieder die graag zich wil laten verwennen!

Mooie locatie. Buffet is heel matig. We werden bestolen in onze kamer en dit werd heel slecht en onrespectvol afgehandeld door het personeel.

Rooms are maintained at 24° no matter how many times you call them to fix the AC. It says it set at 15°. It is not 15°. The mini fridge is not cold at all and they don’t have any cranberry juice.

Night entertainment with dj should be often. Room not cleaned daily. If you are not bávaro premium you can’t visit certain places. The Internet was low speed. It was hard to do a reservation at the hotel restaurants. The drinks mostly were made with cheap alcohol, the house wine was horrible.

Great stay….a couple of suggestions - Housekeeping didn’t stock our fridge daily so I called to request the items. Wi-Fi is required to use the app for what’s going on around the property, however it kept disconnecting so I had to keep going to guest services for the login. The a la carte restaurants were ok…Foccaia was our preferred. We did Pescador, ordered took a couple of bites and went to the buffet. The teppanyaki we left before they served us. When I saw them cook chicken, beef and seafood at the same time and the juices all mix together I couldn’t risk it. Overall The resort and staff were amazing….the landscape was immaculate. We can’t wait to come back and look forward to staying at another Princess resort. **side note: the peacocks are plentiful and your morning alarm clock

Beautiful property with lush ecological area as well as one on the best beaches in all of caribbean. Good dining options with a la carte and buffet. Large resort so walking aroud property is quite extensive, which i enjoy. However, all the people transportation and service vehicles make the walking paths quite busy with motorized traffic.

The only problem was on check in they won’t let you check in before 1500 and if your room is not ready you have to wait longer if you said something about it they catch a attitude besides that everything else is great good food everywhere you go drinks specially the piña colada and the coco loco had fun on my stay

Customer service is terrible and food options are not too much ! Lost my flimsy wristband and had to pay $47! I lost it in the sea it was basically broken it’s not my fault the language barrier is annoying but it’s a nice place and the trolly system needs more rides the place is huge !

I like the different food options however we have to make reservations for dinner and appointments get booked up very quickly so you have to do it soon as it opens. I had a room on the first floor and the villa and one downside is mosquitoes ate me up in the room. There were so many mosquitoes in the room so I wish it was a way they can protect the room so it wasn’t as many mosquitoes. Overall, I do think it’s a great village to visit next time I do go. I will definitely try the platinum Princess since they do have access to more things.

The place was beautiful and pretty clean. Staff was very nice, but the food was not good at all. If you’re at the buffet stick to the freshly made food that they are cooking in front of you. We tried the Indian and seafood restaurants, they were not good either.

The fooodddd & the drinks were garbage my husband had food poisoning for two days it was a nightmare. We didn’t get to try restaurants because you had to reserve which was stupid. The resort Is HUGEEE so be mindful to walk a lot. That wasn’t fun so don’t Dress up ladies no need to pack your heel because you won’t be able to use them. The people and staff were wonderful but just everything else was not good and honestly will not recommended. Go else where. No entertainment once so ever. They didn’t have anything compared to the RIU RESORTS. 4/10 not much English either
