'I would have given 5 stars but office manager wasn’t always accessible. The water would also go in and out at random times so we didn’t have water for showers. I did like that the beach was private and it’s a one minute walk. It was very quiet and secluded in comparison to the resorts. Very clean as well and we had our own pool. Would still highly recommend it. Wish the AC was stronger in the room as well. '

'We had a great time at Hummingbird Villa! The house was very clean and comfortable. We worked remotely on 2 of our days there and the WiFi worked very well with no issues. The pool was a nice, cool break from the heat and we were very grateful for the umbrellas outside as well.'

'We had such a wonderful time here with our family for the week. The pool and hot tub were great, the views were amazing. It was nice to have kayaks and a SUP as well. The house was a very short walk to Sapodilla (maybe 4 min with little kids), and we love that beach!! I would say my only ideas to make the stay better would be jugs of water on site rather than having to buy a lot, an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach, and this is a big one but the tile on the deck, stairs, and around the...

'I absolutely loved this amazing quiet oasis. Marta and Mike were so friendly & accommodating. The villas were private, clean, & fully equipped with necessities to cook or eat out. Was able to have an in Villa massage by Phenomenal Mobile Massage. Close to the airport, activities, stores, & restaurants. Will be staying here again. '

'The location of this property on Silly Creek provided absolutely beautiful views. We used the kayaks multiple times and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Taylor Bay is very close and the shallow and clear waters were perfect. The property manager and owners were extremely easy to communicate with and provided helpful tips in advance. We’re very happy we decided to stay on this side of the island.'

'Communication with property manager was excellent! The home was absolutely incredible. We had a group of five couples. The layout of the home fit our group perfectly. The pool area was amazing. House was stocked with essentials that lasted us the week. Need towel racks or hooks in the upstairs bathroom. No place to hang wet towels. Other than that, no complaints. Highly recommend this home!!'

'This property was a great way to experience TCI! Quiet and out of the way yet with lots to do within walking distance! We loved Luz, the property manager and met great new friends on the courtyard! The owners were quick to respond to questions and the unit was located perfectly for easy in and out! Highly recommend. Would say to rent a car if you want to go to town but that is easy enough to do at the airport. '

Two blow dryers suite 3 don’t work Fix holes in floor in suite 3 also the 2 single beds in suite 3 squeak on floor badly Pool Great. 'We have stayed on Sapodilla Bay before, but this villa blew us away! The functional living areas with views of the water, the setup and ease of use of the kitchen, the amazing pool. We had the most amazing week celebrating a 60th and a 1st birthday here! The weather was amazing, the beach and pool were used heavily. We didn’t want to come home! The house was perfectly clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there are tons of pool/beach floaties to use! We can’t wait to go back!'

'The property was very clean. I asked if I could check in early and they were quick to accommodate me. Our bed was made everyday which was so nice after coming back from the heat outside. The property was very centralized and there are great food options that we could walk to. I love that there was dedicated parking for our rental car. It made the whole experience so convenient.'
