Prachtig schoon hotel en midden in het centrum
Goed personeel en zeer schoon en zeer behulpzaam elke dag schone spullen en kamer schoon als wij het hotel uitliepen kwam je meteen op kerstmarkt en winkels prachtige stad om te bezichtigen voelde ons ook zeer veilig eten was goed

Aandacht voor de gast staat op de eerste plaats. Het hotel ligt in het centrum met alles op loopafstand. Kamer met veel ruimte en aan rustig straatje gelegen.

Erg goed hotel, met zeer vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Goede ontvangst en snel in en uitchecken. Goed ontbijt in een mooie ontbijtzaal.

I have stayed at this property before on more than one occasion. It is a superb hotel. I stayed in the superior double room which has a lot of space and has everything to meet your needs. The location is only a few minutes walk from the Old Square. I would recommend either bus 119 and metro to Starometska and a short walk or email the hotel and they will arrange a car to meet you at the airport. Breakfast is excellent, the room was cleaned to the highest level. The staff were always helpful and welcoming. The concierge’s English was good which helped me. Prague is a wonderful city to visit and I will be back and will stay at the Ventana.

中心の広場のすぐ近くで観光をするのに非常に便利。大体どこへでも歩いて行ける。部屋によっては良い景色も見られるのではないかと思う。最上階のロフト部屋は中2階の風呂場を含む2階造りで、長期滞在には寝室とそれ以外が分けられて快適。

This hotel was a great value, terrific location, wonderful breakfast. Special thanks to the front desk personnel who were very helpful especially Haurdin. To upgrade hotel I would say bed linens/pillows could be of better quality.

If you are to stay in Prague, this is the place. You are just behind the famous Prague structure and the Astronomical clock. You can walk to just everywhere. The place is an old school, excellent, & breakfast was very good. Highly recommended.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, right in the heart of old town. Breakfast was included and was delicious. I booked the Attic room which was great, plenty of space. The only somewhat weird thing was the window in the bathroom. There was a curtain but it never fully covered the window and I could see into other people's room when sitting on the toilet. The shower also was not fully covered so water would get on the floor. The hotel is older and could use some upgrades, but overall I really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

The location cannot get any better and the room was quite spacious. But the place needs a serious update and improve amenities. The worst is the breakfast, food was bad and stale. The front desk lobby decor and depressing reception emitted seriously wrong vibe and almost wanted to turn away. But this place has a potential with right investment to upgrade interior and its service people

This was a very nice boutique hotel with large rooms and high ceilings. The breakfast was very nice and staff accommodating. High quality of customer service.

Excellent location (1 block from the Astronomical Clock). Lovely hotel. Very nice room, updated bath. Nice breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend.
