Dear Guest,Thank you for your review. Our regular reception hours as can be seen on expedia are from 9:00 until 21:00. Just before 21:00 we did reach out to you through a message asking what is your approximate arrival time, but unfortunately we did not receive any reply. The receptionist was waiting on your arrival until 22:30 but as we did not receive a reply regarding your arrival time the receptionist left because it was well past the official closing hours of the reception. Any arrivals after 21:00 are late arrivals and if not communicated with our staff prior, we cannot guarantee the check-in. However, before the closing of the reception you were sent a code in our efforts to accommodate you even though the reception was about to be closed. The code that we sent was fully functional. We did check the code and worked just well. You needed to type in the number and use the # and just grab the handle bar and open the door. As well when you have already entered the Hostel you could have just walk the first floor and use the code for the room as explained in the message. Our colleague saw your calls much later for which he was not able to answer when you called, though we made sure that you will be able to check-in and sent you a functional code before that. By this from our side we made adjustments and efforts and followed everything to make the check-in possible at the late hour, past our reception hours, as described above.

Dear Lara,Thank you for your review. Our Hostel is cleaned daily, and cleanliness is definitely where we put a lot of effort to maintain the hostel clean. We clean the common areas, toilets and showers daily. As for the kitchen it very much depends on how it has been used by other guests as well, we clean it daily but certainly can not go after every guest and clean it. The same goes with the toilets, if you find pukes that it certainly not from us, but from someone else, though again this is cleaned during the day. In case you have had issues with your bed sheets, it is enough to say it to our staff reception and they are always available to make a change and provide new ones.With kind regards and wishing you safe travels,Team Easy Housing
