'A beautiful aparthotel in the heart of Poznan. Only a 5 minute walk from the old Market square, I picked this place for one night for multiple reasons. I'm glad I did. Entrance to the hotel is stunning and the rooms are so spacious. Plenty of area to cook a dinner if you had the time. The bed was amazing. 'I was very happy. The location is superb, quite impossible to have a better one. Public transport stops are only 5/10 minutes far by foot. The room was clean and well equipped. Girls at reception desk were kind. Everything went so fine that I'll surely come back here in case of a new trip to Poznań. Dziękuję bardzo!'

'I've stayed at multiple Homely Place units and it's been great. This time there were two maintenance issues which the housekeeper should have reported before a guest is inconvenienced: (a) the showerhead holder was loose and couldn't be positioned properly, so the showerhead had to be held in hand while showering; and (b) the safe box was found locked and couldn't be opened with the code provided by the office. 'Op loopafstand van Oude Centrum (5min), Parkeren in garage in kelder is super, mooie appartementen. Wel geluidsoverlast van aanbouw appartementen naast gelegen. beginnen om 7 uur en op zaterdag werken ze door. '

'Booked this place as it was advertised with air conditioning. Booked specifically for our type 1 diabetic daughter as high temperatures impact her blood sugars. Arrived to find broken fan. No sign of air con. To make matters worst the property refused to move me to apartment with air con or refund the money. To add insult to injury Images on ebookers do not represent the place at all. Stay clear! '

'Super lækker lejlighed med en skøn beliggenhed tæt på stort indkøbscenter og centrum, og lige overfor en park. Rigtig gode senge. Eneste lille minus er, at der mangler lidt køkkenudstyr, som fx æggebægre og større stegepande. Det ville også være rart med et par stole og lille bord på altanen.'

'The apartment was small but very comfortable with all the necessary accoutrements, with a full kitchen (except microwave), all necessary toiletries, towels, bedding... The living room couch can be converted to a sofa sleeper if you want to sleep 4. You control temperature in the apartment. A lovely balcony for 2 was present and large windows for light. It is located in a good area with a bank, store and restaurants very close. I would definitely recommend over a hotel. '

'Beautiful modern apartment close to the heart of the old city. Excellent kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bed. The smart TV was too smart for me. I needed some kind of manual (printed) to help me operate it. I listened to radio through phone apps instead. My one disappointment was that my attempt to arrange breakfast failed. When I phoned, nobody answered. So I emailed (at least a day in advance, but I think it was two). Perhaps my emailed wasn't received. Fortunately I still had time to visit...
