Villa's in Portofino

'Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Der Ausblick auf Rapallo ist grandios. Der Olivenhain rund ums Haus gleicht einem botanischen Garten. Pflanzen-Interessierten geht das Herz auf. Alleine der Aufstieg zum Haus ist sehr anstrengend und daher nur was für fitte Leute! Gepäck und Einkäufe können glücklicherweise mit einer Seilbahn nach oben...

'Heerlijk huis met prachtig uitzicht. Toegang naar zee wel exclusief maar wel een hele afdaling. Spoorlijn in nabijheid maar niet storend.'

'Zeer ruim huis met meerdere terrassen en een prachtig uitzicht tot aan de zee. Het huis is wat basic en kaal ingericht maar is erg schoon en netjes. Zeer rustige ligging en een hele goede uitvalsbasis voor de omgeving van La Spezia tot aan Genua. Het contact met Barbara verliep meteen vanaf het begin erg soepel en vriendelijk. Bedankt voor ons verblijf hier.'

'perfect location if you want to visit conque terre, but you don't like the crowds all day! Deiva is a quiet village, with restaurants and supermarkets. Amd a train station for gast access to the conque terre. You don't need a car.'

'Het huis heeft een prachtig verzorgde tuin vol bloemen. Vanuit zowel de tuin en het huis heb je steeds prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Door de hoge ligging is er aldoor een frisse bries. Heerlijk dus.'

'We loved this property. The home is full of antiques but is very comfortable. We did need a car to get to the home. Sylvie recommended the restaurant, Peppen and it was the best place we have eaten in a long time. The owner was gracious and fed us way too much wonderful food. Stay a whole week to enjoy this property and the towns near by. Thanks to Alberto for sharing this home.'

'We had a great holiday in Bogliasco. The apartment is very nice, pleasant spacious rooms and a great view over the Mediterranean. Conveniently near to the train station and the beautiful village. The communication with the host was very good, thank you Gugliermo!'

'The Villa itself was spectacular. It was beautifully situated in the hills above Portofino and the views of the Ligurian Sea were striking. There was plenty of room for a family of 5 and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the many balconies and in the pool. Anura was hugely helpful … he made breakfast every morning, made our beds, cleaned the Villa, and served dinners during the evenings when we had a chef. 'Nous avons appris l annulation de notre réservation de cet hébergement au moment de notre arrivée sur place et avons dû trouver un autre hébergement dans l’urgence heureusement avec l’aide précieuse des hôtes de « room in the hills…. «  Un mois après, toujours pas de remboursement. 'Het is is een geweldig en heerlijk huis op een toplocatie. De wandeling van een kwartier naar het stadje en het strand is een welkome toevoeging. Een enorme aanrader! En Jennifer is de liefste gastvrouw die je je kan voorstellen.'

'The place was very comfortable, even for a large group. The outdoor patio had several seating areas, which i enjoyed. We were glad to find it was near a Tossini focacceria and a Carefour market. It was a great base for exploring all around Liguria!'

'Wir haben mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern sowie deren Partnern eine wunderschöne Woche in Ligurien verbracht. Der Tag begann mit einem wunderbaren Frühstück draussen auf der Terasse inkl. Panoramablick. Das Haus war super eingerichtet, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Einzig die Anfahrt zum Haus war immer wieder spannend.'

'The property is in excellent condition and well maintained. Very peaceful and tou can hear the church bells every hour. We walked 45 minutes down the mountain to the town of Zoagli on the trail next to the property. Very intense but worth it. This property does have 50 stairs to get access to so prepare accordingly. Would stay here again without question.'

'Prachtige veelzijdige prive vakantiewoning met alles erop en eraan: groot prive zwembad met 6 goede ligstoelen, eettafel en loungehoek, schone jacuzzi, fitness ruimte met fiets, loopband en halters, 3 badkamers en heerlijk ruime serre met grote schuifdeuren. Eenvoudige keuken met vaatwasser en wasmachine. Alles sfeervol rn authentiek ingericht. Lokatie in de bergen (wat verder rijden voor bv boodschappen), maar goede uitvalsbasis voor strand en wandelingen en bezoek aan Genua en Cinque Terre.'

'We were traveling as a family with three young adults and two grandparents - and this was a fantastic find! The bus is a bit expensive (5 Euros per person/trip) but if you don’t have a car, well worth it. We had two cars and had to search for parking for the second, but I think we just missed that info. The house is gorgeous and totally unique and we had everything we needed. Lots of hikers to Portofino (and it was the off season!) passing by, but I would take the trails instead of the road if...

'Struttura meravigliosa. Aria di pace e tranquillità. Abbiamo soggiornato nel Lodge, bellissimo e pulito. Comodissimo per l’accesso alla piscina, anch’essa stupenda. Staff cordiale ed efficiente. Ragazzo presente all’aperitivo molto gentile e simpatico. Un weekend di relax da ripetere sicuramente. '
