Der Wintergarten lädt auch bei frischen Abendtemparaturen ein, gemütlich zu verweilen. 'We spent a week at Casa Verde and had a wonderful stay. The villa is absolutely beautiful with views which are hard to beat. It is very well equipped and felt like a home from home. The location is perfect and a lovely walk into the town centre of Soller. Yes the hill up to the villa is steep but it keeps you fit and you are rewarded by the most stunning scenery when you return from a day out! Great communication from the owners who provided a cot and high chair for our 10 month old and airport...

'The view from the house to the sea – and partly to the mountains – is stunning. The house is spacious and super clean. The living space is great. The bedrooms and bathrooms are big with quality bed linen and towels; the beds are comfy. The atmosphere in the garden is amazing, with decorative terraces and a lovely pool. The owners and the local hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. I can only find superlatives to describe this property and our family holiday in Soller.'

'Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem als Familie mit Baby und Jugendlichen. Als Hinweis an den Gastgeber, einige Dinge im Sanitärbereich müssten mal saniert/repariert werden. Da unsere Woche heiße Außentemperaturen hatte, wären Klimaanlagen nicht schlecht gewesen.'

'Quiet and nice, except for the diesel generator, which starts when the battery of the building is low. The building is not connected to the electricity grid. It runs for four hours, but you get used to it… Use the upper bathroom for warm showers. Small car a plus as the way up to the house is narrow. The pool is good for cooling down, less so for swimming (except for small kids who can swim…).'

'This property is amazing for those who want to sit back and relax The villa consists of two bedrooms downstairs that can get hot, a large sitting room / dining room. Fully fitted kitchen, back room and downstairs bathroom with shower. Up stairs bathroom air conditioned lovely bedroom and huge terrace. The outside is what really sells with good size pool, barbecue area and covered dining area, grass area and large parking for many cars. Loved the villa and holiday with some great non listed items...

'Die "Casa Julia" ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Super Lage, sehr ruhig und trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Schöner Pool, Hollywoodschaukel, billiardtisch und volleyballfeld. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.'

'Prachtig huis, fijne eigenaar en prima contact. Lastig met taalbarriere maar prima te doen. De fotos komen niet overal overeen; de loungeset buiten was niet aanwezig en het bad in de badkamer is vervangen door een stortdouche. Verder hele mooie buurt, dicht bij de supermarkt en veel locals. 10 minuten met de taxi naar het centrum van el arenal'

'Lovely house where the breeze always blows through the trees. Great swimming pool. Birds in the mornings. The road to Porreres or Llucmajor is really nice and it only takes a few minutes. Central location makes it easy to get to other points on the island, too.'

'We loved the Ca'n Bob. It was absolutely perfect for us. We were a group of 7 gals and only two of us had to share a bed which was no big deal. Otherwise we all slept comfortably in our own beds. The parents of the owner came by one day and they were both very nice and a pleasure to meet. We all hope to return many times. Word of advice, rent a small car or just walk or take the bus where you need to go.'

'Älteres Haus in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage bei Binissalem. Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet, auch eine Grundausstattung mit Gewürzen etc. war dort vorhanden. Der Pool (Luftmatratze und Schwimmtiere vorhanden!) und die Terrasse sind besonders gut. Ebenso gibt es einen großen Carport. Gäste mit kleinen Kindern finden auch Kinderbetten und einen abgeschatteten Spielplatz vor. Unsere Wünsche an das Haus: konstanter Wasserdruck, kein Stromausfall bei Regen, Insektengitter. Wir fahren...
