'Not a 5star resort but still a good time. The views of the area are breath taking, the resort is very clean, food was good and overall had a nice time. Cons - the drinks are terrible, facilities have some opportunities and the service from employees is mediocre. We did the luxury swim out which was worth it. '

'Lifestyle hollidays is een groot complex, waarvan Crown onderdeel van uitmaakt. In tegenstelling tot de aanbieding hadden we buiten onze afdeling nergens toegang. En werden 2 van de 21 restaurants aangewezen ,deze waren niet te belopen en konden deze met het gratis vervoer bereiken. De bars, stranden elders op het "lifestyle" complex mochten we niet in vanwege de verkeerde kleur armbandje. Het "wellnes" gevoel staat hoog in 't vaandel van Lifestyle, maar zit 'm meer in de kleur van de armband en...

'The services was great. When we did the check-in we we're not notified of events/ timing to eat or any activities in the reaort. 'In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower.
