Heel vriendelijk en netjes ontvangen. Hele nette en mooie accommodatie. Ze hebben veel zorg besteed aan het appartement. Jammer dat je niet een kopje koffie of thee kan zetten in het appartement. Het ontbijt is goed en voldoende. Het ligt op een industrieterrein in Pisa maar je staat binnen 15 minuten bij de de Toren, de Basiliek en de Cathedraal.

Een eenvoudig, prima hotel voor ons doel; een overnachting op weg naar Elba. Op loopafstand van de toren van Pisa, een 's nachts afgesloten parkeerplek en ontbijt erbij. Wij waren tevreden!

This is a good hotel with very friendly staff. The suite that i booked was very comfortable. The hotel manager was very helpful and gave a lot of nice restaurant and travel recommendations. They also keep it super nice and tidy, towels and linen were fresh and replaced regularly. I did really like this place. Definitely recommend to anyone who want a quality stay in Pisa

There is free parking. It was clean. The airconditioning was working well. The communication with the host was very well. We got some usefull tips. The hotel is on walking distance from the Pisa tower. There are restaurants nearby. I would totally return here in the future.

Goed hotel op loopafstand van de toren van Pisa
Een mooi nieuw hotel met ruime kamers, vriendelijk personeel en op 15 minuten loopafstand van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden van de stad. Erg warm, de airco verwarmde alleen. En het raam kon niet open vanwege de vele muggen.

Ruime hotelkamer, dicht bij toren
Bed en slaapbank gescheiden door een deur. Lekker bed en prima slaapbank. 10 min. lopen naar de scheve toren. Rustige ligging. Simpel, maar lekker ontbijt. Gratis parkeren achter het hotel. Vriendelijke medewerkers.

It was simple, as expected for a 2 star hotel. Would have liked to have seen more choices for breakfast. The water pressure for the shower was too low, so the water only drizzled through the shower head. Staff were really friendly and transport connections were great to Lucca and the Airport.

Thanks for you kind review Niklas. It's a pity you didn't tell us about the shower, we would have fixed it in 30 minutes. A wider choice for breakfast is not usual for a "2 star hotel". Kind regards.

Good location
The hotel has a good location, it is only 15 minutes from the the leaning tower by foot. The walk is very easy, there is also a train station very close to the hotel.

We would stay here again. The room was immaculate, breakfast was very good, and it’s a great location; but customer service is not their strength. For example, although we are seasoned travelers; and despite Google having lead us directly to the front door of the hotel, we had a great deal of difficulty finding it. The only evidence of its existence is a sign painted on the wall of an adjacent building. Its paint is fading, located well above eye level, and perpendicular to the street. There is no lobby or anything to suggest there is a hotel behind the locked gate leading to the hotel’s front door. Its existence was finally affirmed by a guest who emerged from gate. She told us that “they don’t show up” until 3:00. Our reservation stipulated that check in began at 3:00 but we had hoped to check in early. We had lunch and returned shortly before 3:00; but the front door was still locked. We found another guest at 3;20-3:25, who let us in and pointed us to the room where the office was located. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant and said the front door shouldn’t have been locked. The remote control to our 17 inch TV didn’t work. I called the office to request another remote. They told me that they would send their “technical expert” to our room. She arrived in an our, confirmed that our remote didn’t work; and showed me how to change channels manually on the back of the TV; but she eventually found another remote. Great value stay and almost perfect
Overall my stay was very good. The price, friendly service and large room were all excellent. The location is not the best, but decent enough given the small size of Pisa and everything was still walkable. My only areas I would suggest improving would be the towels and the mattresses. The towels seemed old and thin, and the mattresses seemed old and were sinking in the middle. Investing in some new towels and mattresses would've made my stay perfect. But also, given the good value price, I can't complain too much.

Beautiful rooms and well decorated. Walking distance to dining options, Leaning Tower and groceries store. Close to rail station as well. Fantastic host that looked after us and provided information that we needed for the local area. Would stay here again.

Ottima struttura con camera ampia e funzionale. Suggerirei solo di cambiare il copriletto/lenzuolo con un semplice lenzuolo diviso dal copriletto in modo da poter gestire meglio la temperatura notturna. Anche la vs insegna non è molto visibile e, col maltempo di questi giorni, arrivando al buio non era immediato individuarvi

A lovely place to stay.
We had a lovely stay. The breakfast was a lovely added extra. The rooms were big and spacious with clean towels everyday. If you are wanting to go to the Leaning Tower it’s an ideal location.

The property and staff were all very good, but I booked the stay as an apartment with cooking facilities. When we arrived and went to our room there were no kitchen facilities , it was locked away. When we questioned the staff we were told it was 10 euros per day extra which was not mentioned in the booking, which on a way spoilt the stay.

It is a nice property only a few minutes away from the tower. I drove here so not sure how accessible it is by transit. Staff was nice and overall it was good experience. Only complain i have is the mattresses could have been better. It was a bit uncomfortable for sleeping.

Great location, walking distance to main area for tourism in Pisa. Staff were very helpful and able to assist us with booking taxi’s and information. Processor by the glass for 3 euros was also great when popping back to the hotel after a day of exploring
