We were very disappointed with our stay. We had 4 people in our room and only 3 towels. We called to ask for extra and were told the truck was late and they didn’t have any. We couldn’t shower!!! We asked for toilet paper, we only had one roll when we arrived, two hours later as we were leaving we got a call to check if we got it. Upon leaving we called for a bellhop and were told right away, 20 minutes later we left on our own. My husband grabbing two bags on his back while pushing my wheelchair, my 10 year old son and 84 year old mil grabbing the rest. When my husband mentioned this at checkout we didn’t even get an apology! We will certainly not be returning, not to mention the sheets had stains. The only good thing about the stay was the valet parking which was expensive but efficient and very timely! Very disappointed!

I was allowed an early check in for $75. That's a great convenience for me. It's close to Renaissance Park. Cool place to chill for a picnic. What I didn't like is that my early check in gave me a room with no view.

I liked the location and restaurants in the hotel. The bathroom features were nice as well. There was a slight smell in the place that felt musty and the bed wasn't super comfortable. Loved how easily accessible this location is to food, shopping, gyms, etc.

My stay was terriffic. Dave the doorman made a reservation for us at a mediterranean restaurant across the street from the hotel and the meal there was one of the highlights of our staycation. Thanks Dave. My one complaint was the bathroom, there were no safety rails for the shower and my biggest peeve was the toilet, it was so low it seemed to made for a small child.

The sink and shower would both back up, fill with water and drain slowly. There were only two standard pillows and then two half-size, square pillows (almost like couch pillows with standard size pillow cases on them) for a king bed suite. There was also only two set of sheets on the bed and I found a very stiff, scratchy, open-weave blanket in the closet. I found and removed several short hairs in the bed when we pulled back the sheets. The sheets were kinda staticy so thats probably how they stuck to the sheets because they didn't look like dirty sheets, but nonetheless, it did skeeve me out. The minifridge was ancient. The tv was DishTV so out of the maybe 30 basic cable channels, only about 20 channels worked and only like 8 of those had a decently clear signal, the other 12 were just an interrupted, scrambled picture with intermittent sound. The two chairs in the room were just a mess of peeling faux leather. The booking said VIP access king suite so I was expecting at least just new and clean, but everything was old and dirty.

I enjoyed the location and that really is what you are paying for. Sink wouldn't drain, toilet barely flushed and the room was very old. But, the food in the area was excellent, shopping was excellent and it's a very walkable area. I would never stay here again in life though.

Overall the hotel is nice but we had a few complications that made the stay a bit difficult to enjoy. We checked in and when we got to our room the keys didn’t work. I went back down to the front desk to get them redone and then when I tried it again, they worked but someone else was already in the room! She said this wasn’t the first time that day they had assigned someone else to her room. We used the phone by the elevator to call the front desk and tell them what happened so they had someone bring us new keys for the next room over. Later, I took a shower and didn’t notice until I was done that water had gotten all over the bathroom floor! The faucet didn’t turn off the whole way and dripped back down the wall and onto the floor. The shower head also somehow sprayed water down the wall and onto the floor and it was basically flooded. I went to call the front desk for more towels to clean it up and our phone didn’t work! No dial tone or anything, there wasn’t even a phone line plugged in. I had to walk out to the phone in the hallway to call the front desk for towels and it took 4 calls for them to finally answer. Really frustrating for a situation like this to not have a working phone in the room. We were told someone would come to fix the phone and no one ever did. For the price and quality of this hotel we were a bit disappointed by this experience. Don’t think we’ll be returning.

We were really surprisingly wowed by the Warwick. Great location. Great staff! Great building! While you can tell it is an old building, it is very nicely updated and maintained.
