'Le camere erano carine, pulite e fornite di tutto ma l’organizzazione è stata molto scadente. Non avevano avvisato la signora delle pulizie e siamo potute entrare in casa solo la sera. Inoltre non funzionava la caldaia, il riscaldamento e il gas.'

'We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was as described and the apartment was clean and comfortable and well stocked with basic amenities. It was located near to the centre of town and the bus station which made getting around quite easy. Andrea was very helpful and responsive when we needed his advice and even offered to drive us to the airport when it looked as if our taxi wasn't going to turn up. Perugia is a lovely city and we hope to come again and stay in Andrea's apartment....

'Apartment is funky, whimsical decor that we loved. Owner was very helpful with restaurants and it is 5 minute walk from the city center. Do be aware that it is a strong uphill climb from the nearest parking and that the steps to the unit are steep. It was extremely helpful to have the use of a washer and dryer for a mid trip clothing refresh.
