The villa, grounds and pool are maintained in perfect condition - just the right combination of old-world charm with modern conveniences. 'We had a super nice holiday at this villa. The house is lovely. The kitchen had everything that we needed. There were plenty of towels and extra towels for at the pool. The covered dining area was a perfect place for family meals. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet of the countryside and the beautiful setting of the villa.'

'Klassieke villa van wat oudere datum met klassieke inrichting; ligt zeer rustig in de bossen en heuvels; auto is nodig. Winkels en restaurants op 15 minuten rijden. Prachtig zwembad en verwarmd. Er zijn in de villa zeer veel faciliteiten (o.a. biljart) Host is heel vriendelijk en geeft veel informatie, problemen worden snel opgelost. We hebben een prachtige vakantie gehad en zijn tot rust gekomen; natuurlijk is de omgeving met alle mooie steden en natuurschoon fantastisch'

They bogg live on siteNonna was attentive but not intrusive, and always left us tomatoes and basil from her garden, but spoke no english - more of a comment about us than her as it would have been great to talk to her more fully. 'We very much enjoyed the house and surroundings. The house is split in a cooler lower part and lighter upper part. The owners live next door and respect your privacy, they are very helpful if you have questions, but don’t interfere otherwise. The owners must have travelled a lot as the house is well decorated with art from around the world. The pool area is very nice and well maintained. 'Such a quaint home, clean, quiet and beautiful. Close to the center of the very small town of Montepulciano. The host is very sweet and even cooked a cake to welcome us to their home. The view of the valley from the home is simply breathtaking.'

'Het huis staat op een fantastische plek boven op de heuvel met een fantastisch uitzicht! Alles is aanwezig, het kan alleen schoner en de keuken was/is niet schoon. Ook flesjes met deet is geen luxe. We hebben genoten van het zwembad. De eigenaar reageerde elke keer snel en accuraat!'
