Anastasia was a fabulous host & was always available if we needed something - either on WhatsApp or at the property. We stayed in one of the Grand Suites in Mid-April 2024. 'Really nice apartments and brilliant pool. Not much going on in the evenings or around the venue itself. A shuttle is provided at selected times however! "The Ilio Hotel was quite new, but there were some things not good. The bed sheets were loose, so they were all over the place. When showering, the whole bathroom was soaking wet because there was no shower curtain. The breakfast was included, but only after a little discussion. And still had to pay for the coffee, 400 lek."
