'I loved this resort and will absolutely come back. The combination of art and garden were delightful. Took off one star only because the rooms bathroom had a barn door which didnt hang closed all the way and did not provide privacy. A pet peeve! Everything else was delightful. '

'Got an updated room and it was very clean and nice. Like other reviews, I agree that it was small, but still comfortable. There was still some construction going on, but the workers were respectful and not a problem. The only complaint is that the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the next room. Overall not a bad stay.'

'This was an overnight stay on our way to somewhere else. We got into PasoRobes around 115 . We hit up s couple of local breweries before we checked in to the hotel. Check in was easy. The room was very clean and updated. The hotel location is close to the freeway. Starbucks is next door. We went into the cute Paso Robles downtown and shopped around and had drinks at Cane Tiki Room(delicious rum drinks) and had dinner at Fish Gaucho. '

'I slept better here than I do at home. Premises are terrific and it is hard to describe how at home I felt. It is quiet, each room has a reserved parking spot in front of each room. 'Sean was a nice guy and very helpful. Don't believe the bad rap he gets in some ratings. Set your expectations properly - The cost of this hotel is low so don't expect the service and amenities you get at a lodging costing 3-5X what you pay here. I had a dog and they are dog friendly...for a very fair added cost for my dog and the property was nice. Food & coffee nearby. I'd stay here again if needed. '
