El rooftop no estabas disponible, dijeron que por mal tiempo aunque el día que pregunté no hacía mal tiemp, había un poco de sol y un poco nublado. Me dijeron que lo habían clausurado hasta nuevo aviso. Tampoco había servicio de restaurante, sólo desayuno pero no se pudo almorzar ni comer porque dijeron que estaban probando un menú nuevo y que por eso daban el servicio.

It's an older hotel that they have done a good job painting and cleaning up. However walls were thin and I could hear the person next to me talking loudly pretty clearly in my room and smell cigarette smoke in the room from them smoking.

Good place to stay. Excellent service and clean. But it is expensive. If cost isn’t an issue, I’d highly recommend. Oh and elevator is old style, so prepare to cosy up to others inside!

Really nice room, updated and clean. Bathroom was also nice. The hotel is gorgeous with great decor, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is super close to lots of restaurants and landmarks. Definitely reccomend.

Hôtel très sympa, attention au choix de la chambre
La décoration est très jolie, l’emplacement idéal, à proximité des Champs Élysées. Nos précédents séjours s’étaient très bien passé. Nous avons été déçus par notre dernier séjour : nous avons séjourné dans une chambre avec une porte communicante avec la chambre voisine. Réveil dans la nuit par les occupants de la chambre voisine. Ils étaient certes bruyants mais surtout la porte entre les 2 chambres n’était absolument pas insonorisée. On entend absolument toutes les conversations de la chambre voisine et on a même senti l’air froid qui venait de la chambre voisine (ils avaient dû ouvrir la fenêtre). Pour un 4 étoiles, je ne comprends pas que l’on puisse proposer des chambres communicantes avec une simple porte non insonorisée. Ces chambres devraient être uniquement proposées à des familles. Dans ce cas, il est moins gênant de participer à la communication de la chambre voisine. De plus, il y a un réel problème avec les cartes d’accès aux chambres : elles étaient démagnétisées en permanence. Il a donc fallu redescendre à chaque fois pour refaire la carte. La personne à l’accueil nous a dit que leur système fonctionnait mal et que dès que l’on rentrait dans l’hôtel, il fallait faire remagnétiser la carte. Pas très pratique. En résumé, hôtel très sympa, jolie décoration sur le thème de la musique, une ambiance agréable, très bien situé, très bon petit déjeuner et un rooftop sympa (l’été) mais il faut impérativement, lors de la réservation, demander une chambre non communicante

There is a problem
There is a problem with the morality of the housekeeper. Two hours after the check-up, I remembered that I had left my blazer in my closet, so when I called, the clothes were already gone. It lacks the basic elements of the hotel,trust. It's the place that made my experience in Paris worst.

We had such an enjoyable stay at Pley Hotel back in August. We enjoyed the ambiance of this boutique hotel along with a very good complementary breakfast each morning. We loved our room with operable windows and a view. Clean and charming, with friendly and helpful staff! Walking distance to Arc of Triomphe, restaurants and grocery stores. Lovely lounge area, wish we had known there was a whole ever lounge level and a rooftop! We discovered it on our last day. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

It has everything we were lookong for. Good bed, good shower, clean, quite and in a good place. It has a good lounge at the lobby and a nice roof top for some drinks. Loved it.

The property was good with super comfortable beds. I do regret choosing the cheapest room as it felt very cramped in terms of space and the room looked more plain than the other advertised room -- which is why I booked it, for the aesthetic and feel. The elevator is unbearably tiny, only being able to fit one person and their suitcase and maybe two or three people without luggage. The breakfast is good and the lobby area is really lovely to hang out in.

Amazing hotel- every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful! The hotel was charming and if your a music buff- this is the place for you! Sit down and play the piano or guitar - kick back at the rooftop bar and lounge- and view the Eiffel tower❤️ cant wait to go back
