Uitstekend hotel met een geweldige ligging en ruime kamers. Helaas heeft de badkamer geen aparte douche. Bij het ontbijt waren geen bubbels en gekookte en gebakken eieren liggen niet klaar.

Prijzig doch fijn verblijf met metro centraal
Check de aankomsttijd in de parkeergarage in Rue Tivoli. Als je na 18:00 uur aankomt is het verstandiger om geen (extra) ticket in het hotel aan te schaffen maar het restant in de garage te voldoen omdat het hotel 24 euro voor een hele dag vraagt en er slechts enkele uren hoeven te worden afgerekend.

Hotel goed gelegen om Parijs te ontdekken. Alleen jammer voor een 4 sterren hotel dat er geen douche shampoo of andere spulletjes in de badkamer stonden. Dit verwacht je wel bij een 4 sterren hotel. Ontbijt was top.

We waren met zijn drieën, onze 10-jarige dochter sliep op een soort slaapbank en dat was echt prima. Nog steeds voldoende ruimte in de kamer. Erg schoon. Het ontbijtbuffet was prima, goede corona-maatregelen getroffen. Er was glutenvrij brood bij navraag. De locatie is fantastisch: een groot metrostation voor de deur, loopafstand naar het Louvre en de Marais en veel eettentjes in de buurt

A great place to stay and discover Paris
Nice hotel at a great location. No need to use your car during your stay, everything can be reached walking or by taking the subway. Nice breakfast buffet with everything you need. I would go back to this hotel!

Het was redelijk rustig in het Novotel, maar dat maakte dat men extra vriendelijk was. Zowel aan het ontbijtbuffet als aan de receptie herkende men je onmiddellijk. Check out werd ook fpontzznnverlaat naar 14.30...wat dus extra time gaf

The front desk “Lada “ checked us in and was professional . Kabiera was very welcoming and made sure we got all the answers for our questions . We stayed here for our first trip to Paris and we have no complaints! The staff was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated! We had three people in one room and we had just the right amount of space. The room was nicely furnished and cleaned while we were out. The hotel was also in a great location to access public transportation or walk to a lot of the major attractions most tourists want to see on their first trip to Paris. The hotel also had a luggage room that was accessible 24/7 and we were allowed to leave our bags there after we checked out. Check out was at 12:00, but we were staying in Paris for a few more hours. Being allowed to store our luggage gave us the freedom to view a few more things before we caught our train out of the city! I would recommend this hotel to any first time visitor or anyone who wants to be in a convenient location.

My recent stay at Novotel Paris Les Halles was incredibly frustrating and deeply disappointing. The heater in our room was non-functional for the first two nights, leaving us in the cold and ultimately causing my daughter to fall ill. Despite multiple reports to the staff, it took them three days to address the issue, wasting hours of our vacation time waiting for maintenance that repeatedly never showed up. Furthermore, our privacy was blatantly violated. Despite explicit instructions to the front desk and a "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door, hotel staff entered our room without our permission. To make matters worse, upon checkout, I was assured that no charges would be applied to my credit card until the issues had been resolved and compensation had been discussed. Contrary to this assurance, my card was charged without any prior discussion or resolution. The response from the hotel and the lack of accountability have been appalling. This was not just an uncomfortable stay; it was a complete disregard for guest satisfaction and basic hotel standards. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone based on our experience.

Great location, the interior also very nice, restaurant / lobby good, kids play table was really fun for my kid. Loved how lively the neighborhood was and very walkable to many good eating spots, Pompidu museum, Louvre etc. Also right next to a major train stop so commute was easy. Highly recommend this place for families. Staff was really nice and helpful too.

We had a great stay. We were in a family room and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. Very convenient to all areas of Paris. Gets a little sketchy at night, but that’s ok. We really enjoyed our time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends/family.

We absolutely loved the location, within walking distance of the louvre. We also appreciated the many dining options. An added bonus was the breakfast buffet as it was a perfect way to start the day.
