Only the entrance is decent...rooms are very bad
Only the entrance looks nice (and is new/renovated); this hotel is far over rated and overpriced. Should have been a 3* hotel max with dirty old rooms, a shower which does not function, most electricity/power sockets are dead and the room smells like a dead animal... Would NOT advise anybody stay here, better take the St Albany or Tullieres Jardin hotels nearby as this place is so bad.

The staff went above and beyond for me. I am so grateful. I was waiting on a package to arrive from the US that was important. It had not arrived by the time i checked in, but the staff accepted the package after i had checked out and let me know when it arrived. They were helpful, polite and attentive. I would highly recommend. The breakfast was also wonderful and i would recommend.

This hotel was super convenient in terms of location. We could walk everywhere close to the louvre and it was close to two metro lines. The breakfast was delicious each morning. The room was big for a Paris hotel, and the beds were comfy. Our room was definitely dated. Cracks and paint peeling. The bathroom was not the nicest. The tub had broken fixtures with dirty sealant covering exposed old knobs. The drain did not fully close so baths were quick but then again, the water drained slowly so showering was also weird. If I had paid a bit less for this last week I would not mind the out-dated-ness, but we spent a lot of money that I would expect better quality in a room.

Great staff, everyone was so nice and friendly and service exceeded expectations. Awesome, prime location luxury hotel that is in the Fashion district one block away from Gucci and Louis Vuitton. The issues were the water got TOO hot too quickly. The only way is to turn the cold water all the way to max, then slowly, turn the hot water on only a little, and the water will be hot but not too hot. The TV constantly did not work and we had to call to have the signal re set. The ceiling started to leak due to AC issues as we were told by hotel staff. A few of the showers towels had big spots of appear to be blood stains. Still overall loved it, best location in the heart of Paris, in the 1st district where it is only 10 mins walk to Tulleries park and the metro station, and of course to the Louvre museum! Walkable to Notre Dame cathedral. We were able to walk to almost all popular sites including Eiffel tower. We would definitely stay again. *** NOTE to Expedia - the General Manager of this hotel, DID already responded to my Google review, so you do not need to contact them again *** Thank you

My husband and I loved our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was so welcoming and helpful, they even took our bags to our room for us. It is located close to the Louvre and so many shops and restaurants/cafès. We definitely will stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Perfect location! Easy walking distance from the louvre. Many restaurants and shopping. Encredible, helpful, kind staff. Rooms were as expected small, quaint, french style.
