'This home has the perfect configuration for families or friends who need their own bedrooms and bathrooms and the location is second to none, very close to everything at the resort. 'Lauren was a great host and was on point from pickup to departure. This is a pristine location for privacy and just minutes from town. The home was well kept and very clean! 'The property was great for our family of 6. Very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to have their space in the time we were at home. The property manager was an amazing communicator and was there to support if anything was needed, even with a mid-week check-in to make sure we were doing well. A very quiet, gated part of time. 'This is a hard one because we've stayed in many 5 star rentals and this one just didn't measure up. Toilet ring. Ant infestation. No pots big enough to make a large batch of both spaghetti and sauce. No blender. No stools for the eat-at counter. All of our other rentals were so much better. Host was friendly and helpful but somehow it just didn't suit us.'

The main issue we had was giving an accurate location to our taxi driver at the airport because there is no house number, only a street address. "Beautiful accomodation at a very good location. Reception staff was very helpfull. Staff in the restaurant in the evening were hard to find and we had to wait very long for everything we ordered. E.g we waited more than 15minutes to get a cup of tea. The rooms were cleaned daily. However, the heads of the bed were very dusty. We had to catch an early flight and it was a bit of a negotiation to get breakfast. The only hand out breakfastpackages with ham sandwiches. Asking for different sandwiches was not possible. At last the manager, Edwin, stepped in and made it possible for us to get something from the breakfast buffet. I would not expect a breakfast-take-out to be such a drama. Especially not when you’ve paid to get breakfast included in the room rate. "
