'It's been several years since we last visited the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, and it did not disappoint. Our room was impeccable and the gardens were beautiful. We also enjoyed a wonderful Italian dinner at Ravello. I highly recommend!'

'We zijn 3 nachten in dit hotel verbleven. Er werd niet schoongemaakt. Werd ons bij uitchecken verteld dat we bij het inchecken hadden moeten aangeven dat we de kamer dagelijks schoongemaakt wilden. Ontbijt brood en scramble ei en waffels. Taxi naar downtown ongeveer 10 dollar met Uber.'

'Upon arriving after an 18-hour drive, I was SO impressed. The check-in process was so easy, the parking was also easy and conveniently located close to my unit. I was so grateful that at 1am, it was a smooth process. Also, there were plenty of spots in the parking garage AND it was a rainy night so being able to go from the garage to the unit without getting all my things wet was a huge plus! The unit was SO much bigger and nicer than I expected. The pictures definitely don’t do it...

'I recently stayed at this hotel for CMA Fest and the location was perfect! Super close to Broadway and the golf cart shuttle was a nice touch! This hotel was super clean and the staff were awesome! We did have a few issues with the fridge in our room but the staff were very attentive in getting it resolved as quickly as possible. I would definitely stay here again!'

'First of all it is not a Clarion but is now a Holiday Inn Express and Orbitz doesn’t notify you of changes like that. The neighborhood is not great didn’t feel safe to walk the .7 of a mile to Nissan Stadium. Most all of the staff was very helpful and nice, but the Housekeeping staff was rude and unhelpful. In fact they would lie to their supervisor if you asked to have your room cleaned at a later time. '

'They were in the middle of renovations so gave them the benefit of the doubt, there was a lack of electrical outlets and a hole in the wall from our room the room next door we blocked off with our suitcase that I hope are fixed with the renovation. The lobby was beautiful and the pool/game area was great. Breakfast was average staff was AMAZING! Only other issue we had is we ordered an Uber as we we were pulling out the shuttle driver decided to start driving we assumed they didn’t see us let...

'The complementary shuttle that runs from 7:30 in the morning to 10:30 at night is by far the best thing about this property. Also, the general proximity to downtown of about a 5 to 10 minute ride without the high downtown hotel rates is great. The hotel itself is showing his age in numerous ways, but if you focus on those positives, it’s a good option. I would stay here again if the rates remain reasonable. '
