'Absolutely 5 stars for Roberta, who was communicative, friendly, professional and very hard-working as receptionist and office manager, breakfast manager and kitchen staff all in one. She helped us get in after hours, addressed an issue with the AC with urgency and a good temporary solution, and offered to make a variety of coffees at breakfast. Breakfast included bacon and scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, juices, pastries, coldcuts and cheese, bread options and besides the expected toppings also...

'Magnificent! Everything from the moment of arrival was beyond our expectations. The staff was incredible especially Virginia with Guest Services, Marco the bar manager and Andreas at the front desk. A shuttle into town and back to the hotel was great as its quite a treacherous dangerous walk to town. But the luxury Mercedes van goes back and forth on the hour up to 10pm.
