'Beautiful hotel with unique rooms. Close to many restaurants and Zócalo. The staff was very kind and accommodating which many hotel chains in the area lack. However the staff here were always a step ahead in meeting your needs. Highly recommend when visiting Oaxaca. '

'We've stayed 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel is at a good location, nearby nice restaurants and the city center. However, our room was a little noisy from the hotel lobby and courtyard. The room does have good AC. The bathroom is a little outdated. The vault was broken so we had to carry our passports with us the whole time. '
