Villa's in Nicosia

'Woning is perfect en heeft alles wat men nodig heeft. Adres was niet volledig doorgegeven (geen straatnaam) waardoor het ons 3 uur tijd heeft gekost om het te vinden. Voor de volgende straatnaam is: Melinas merkouri. Voor de rest echt een aanrader!'

'Villa was perfect for us. Nice and quiet with views across open countryside. We did some star gazing and saw some fantastic migratory birds passing through. Location ideal for visiting Kiti and Larnaca, and beyond. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have recommended the villa to friends and family.'

'The White House is exactly as advertised. It is a large, clean, comfortable house, ideal for families visiting Larnaca. Highly recommended.'

'The property was clean, well-stocked with cleaning materials and tea and coffee, etc. It was just as described, swimming pool, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet which was very handy. Due to its location, the tavernas and cafes nearby were all reasonably priced compared with tourist rates downtown.'

'Fijn vakantiehuis met mooi zwembad. Darron maakt het zwembad een aantal keer per week schoon en is een aardige kerel. Ligt in een rustig dorpje Anafotida. Een aanrader.'

'We are a group of people that have been travelling together for 35 years so are able to manage the vagaries of different countries and villas. The lounge dinning area was lovely, very spacious and modern, with plenty of seating, not that we used it other than for watching the Queens funeral. The bedrooms were very spacious with lots of storage and extremely comfortable beds. the Kitchen was well equipped, though the size of the fridge for 8 adults was a bit of a struggle. 'We stayed for three weeks in December 23 Overall we enjoyed staying at this property, a few things needed attention, a very badly burnt microwave which was only replaced after two weeks. The lighting system was chaotic, we never managed to work out which switch did which light! The entrance needed a good clean.. Pillows needed replacing. The size of the property was perfect, close enough to walk to the local shops. Lots of beautiful light! Fantastic having two kitchens, plenty of pans,...

'Tough to get a hold of at first but once we exchanged WhatsApp numbers he was very attentive and responsive. We had an issue upon arrival and he took care of the issue with swiftness and even refunded a night while things were sorted out. Overall nice place and as listed. Parking was a bit tough but we got used to the tight driveway by the end of it. :-)'

'Everything with the house was accurate according to the listing. Pool guy came twice during the week. Only thing we missed was a pizza shovel for the pizza oven. But since we where the first ones to use the pizza stove it may not be a problem for other guest 😉'

'The apartment was excellent, in a good central position of Nicosia. Marina and Tasos, with who I dealt with, were extremely helpful. I received prompt and clear communication with excellent instructions. I felt that, although the apartment was clean, it wasn’t excellent. Also it would have been helpful if there was a toaster in the kitchen. Having said that, I would definitely stay there again when staying in Nicosia.'
