'The house was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed a lot of time on the front porch and took the walk down to the water. Very friendly area. We checked out a smoothie shop that was amazing, and had dinner at Tooley’s…..it was AMAZING! Highly recommend!'

'We had a great time staying at the Tiki Shack! It was a great location, and we did have about 5 horses come by daily which was pretty cool. I did see a horse trying to munch on a plastic cup (it had been there for a while it seemed) that was outside between the garage and house, and nudge the trash can. After the horses left I picked up the plastic cup, and some other little stuff in the yard that I saw, even glass. The house was pretty clean, there was some dog food or some type of snack behind...

'This place is amazing! It’s in the perfect spot! The house is stocked with everything! Furniture is comfy, tons of room to spread out, but also great places to gather as a family. Loved all the decks , screened porch, and the lookout deck! The sunrise, sunsets, and stars are amazing! The horses 🐎 were right in the yard twice. We also loved walking and riding around looking at the beautiful scenery and horses. Views from house are just incredible! Our family ranged from 18-50, 8 of us , everyone...

'My friends and I really enjoyed this property. We all remarked at how well this older home had been renovated. The host Jon lived two houses away, so was on the spot when we had a bit of trouble using the locking mechanism. It's a quick walk through a college campus to get to fun breweries, good restaurants and a waterfront park. Highly recommend this affordable stay.'

'This is our second stay at Sea Ya Round. It's such a warm and cozy home with so many amenities. We had coffee every morning sitting on the oceanfront deck/gazebo. So relaxing and beautiful. We saw dolphins every morning. Horses came right up the shore, up the dunes, and were grazing right next to our deck (within a few feet of us). Truly amazing! We hope to come back again!'
