A great welcome from Madame Jo and Mlle Emma, for a most enjoyable stay at Hotrl l'Igloo, Morzine. The rooms, bathrooms and public areas are all recently refurbished and kept spotlessly clean. All members of staff are helpful and cheery, with pretty good English, for customers whose French is not so good (like mine). Convenient for town and both lifts, Hotel l'Igloo is highly recommended.

Hotel L'igloo was in a very convenient location for all the restaurants and bars in Central Morzine and also for the first bus pick up of the day, which meant we always got a seat on the ski bus. Hotel was small and intimate with a lovely breakfast and relaxing sauna and steam room after skiing. Would thoroughly recommend.

Solo MTB trip
Great little hotel in an excellent location for the town, but also literally 2 min walk from the Pleney and Super Morzine lifts. The host was really nice, very accommodating. Remember it’s a small independent and not a Holiday Inn, so don’t expect the polish that comes with that. For a great affordable, clean convenient place in Morzine, this was perfect.

The Igloo is in the perfect location just a few minutes from either of Morzine's main lifts which also means it's ideal for bars, ski hire and restaurants. The (cold) breakfast is what you'd expect to find at a ski hotel and the room was fine, with good clean bathroom facilities. The ski room is good with a heated boot rack and there is a steam room/sauna which we didn't use. It is on the main road which our room overlooked so was quite noisy and it lacks a bar so is pretty much a B&B. We would stay there again but probably not at this time of year as the current rates are expensive for the overall package.

Excellently located near the two main Morzine lifts, the restaurants and bars, shops and ski hire. Very helpful and friendly staff. Perhaps could do with a slightly larger breakfast buffet.

Great stay
Lovely staff, nice clean room, simple breakfast. Improvements would be double / triple glazing as could hear traffic noise at night and better wifi. Enjoyable stay

C'est la première fois que je me repose dans cette hôtel. Je prends tous les ans une chambre chez hôtel Gustavia à Chamonix. Mais cette année sur le chemin de retour des vacances je voulais changé et j'ai choisis cette hôtel. J'étais pas dessus du tout malgré le détour d'une heure de plus par rapport à ma route j'ai adoré l'endroit et l'hôtel était d'une propreté incroyable. La chambre est très confortable et la salle de bain est comme neuve et bien équipée. La dame est très serviable malgré mon arrivé tardive le soir vers 4h00 du mat. J'étais contacté par l'hôtel vers 23h00 pour me fournir le code d'accès et me laisser la clé à la réception dans un enveloppe. Je retourne sûrement L'année prochaine quand je rentre des vacances pour me reposer le soir. Vous méritez 4 étoiles au lieu de 3

Great stay, room was very warm with no heating on. WiFi didn’t seem to work with iMessage but not the end of the world. Friendly staff but not always available. Good buffet breakfast.

Really nice hotel in a good location
No complaints about the hotel or staff. The only issue was that the ground floor apartment we had (room 2) didn't have a proper curtain so if you have the light on at night people can see in.

We stayed in hotel igloo for a short ski break in January. Before arriving, the staff were really helpful and altered the booking to suit a changed travel plan and answered all our questions about late checkin promptly and helpfully. We arrived late, but check in was really easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable and were just what we needed, the beds were great. Breakfast was a mix of breads, croissants, serials, hams, cheeses, eggs and pastries. Again, this was very good and set us up for the day. Another useful thing is that the ski/boot room is by the back door so getting ready to go out was really easy too. Location wise, the hotel is almost half way between the Plenny and super morzine lifts (300 to 400m) so it was dead easy to walk there. It’s also only a short walk into town for food and drink so that was good too. We only had a couple of nights there so didn’t have time to explore the restaurants and bars but the brewery bar over the road was excellent as were the two closest restaurants. Although our room was on the ground floor and facing the road, noise wasn’t a big issue with the shutters closed. Overall, this was a great break and I’d definitely stay here again.

Lovely winter stay
Amazing stay. Room was so clean and spacious with everything we needed. Lovely and warm when it was so cold and snowy outside. Great breakfast every morning, and it was nice to have a kitchen so we didnt have to eat out every night. Only 5 minute walk from the cable car and a great ski room with boot dryer in the basement of the hotel.

Well located, cosy hotel with great service.
Well located, cosy and clean hotel with great service and facilities. Especially Spa made a difference; its soooo relaxing to take a sauna or turkish steam room after long day on bike. Also breakfast was good.
