'Cozy villa, cooling pool, and several options to sit, eat&drink or sun bathing around the house, nice garden. The host Fabien proved to be an excellent host and guided us for options during our vacation. Carrefour supermarket and very good artisan bakery (opens at 06.00! for fresh croissants etc) within 5 min. of walking distance. Beaches nearby (around 20-30 min driving time as well as e.g. Nimes and Uzes in around 50 min. to 1h15min driving time, MPL airport 20 min. Location of this Villa is...

'We hebben genoten van de ruime woning, het prachtige zwembad gelegen op een enorm stuk grond waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen. Misschien wat minder geschikt voor hele kleine kinderen, omdat er veel trappen zijn en een open balustrade. Maar wij hebben er intens genoten en we zouden er best nog een keer naar toe willen gaan.'

'We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad met drie gezinnen in deze villa. Goed uitgeruste keuken, fijn groot zwembad. Heerlijk vertoeven in deze villa met voldoende schaduw. Enige minpuntje was dat er geen airconditioning in de woning aanwezig was, vooral omdat de buitentemperatuur in onze eerste week boven de 35 oC was en het 's nachts niet echt afkoelde.'

'Reunion de famille à 14, l'accueil et l'installation très faciles. Tout le monde a été ravi, et le ping pong a largement compensé l'absence de piscine ! l'endroit est idéal, le jardin un peu sauvage a grand charme. Les chambres confortables. Un peu juste en salles de douche quand on est si nombreux. La propriétaire très aimable et facilitateur... tout le monde a apprécié.'

'we had a fantastic week in the beach house with the beach in sight and a lovely swimming pool. everything you need is there and you can get fresh croissants every morning by bike. It is a quiet area yet 50 meters from the promenade and beach. An ideal place to be with friends and/or family.'

'Nous avons passé 4 nuits à 4 adultes et 4 enfants. La superficie du logement, ces équipements et son agencement, nous ont permis de passé un excellent séjour entre amis. Très belle véranda avec pergola bioclimatique qui est agrémentée de son grand SPA en extérieur. La proximité avec l'aéroport de Montpellier engendre aucune nuisance, très faible rotation sur cet aéroport. Nous avons stationné deux SUV et bénéficié d'un point de recharge extérieur.Bonne adresse pour un séjour familial.'

'Warm and kind reception, good English and even a little Dutch spoken, wonderful!. Appartement with a great view on the 4th floor. Lived everything except for the nonexisting dishsoap and brush. There were towels and toiletpaper, a handsoap and showergel. Pots and pans also ok. Really a great stay!'
