'Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe einer viel befahrenen Strasse; dies ist gelegentlich schon ziemlich störend vor allem Nachts.'

'Het is een prachtig, goed onderhouden, ruim huis met alle voorzieningen en een beschutte tuin en het was een heerlijke plek om Toscane te ontdekken. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst en uitgebreide uitleg. Er was later een probleempje met een airco en dat werd na melding via whatsapp onmiddellijk opgepakt en verholpen.'

'Heerlijk rustige locatie. Schitterend weids uitzicht. Weg er naar toe is behoorlijk hobbelig maar te doen. Alles aanwezig in het huis, echter de keuken en woonkamer zijn aan de kleine kant. En advertentie is niet duidelijk dat het om een 2-onder-1 kap woning gaat, dus je kunt directe buren hebben.'

'It was absolutely marvelous. The owner of the property was so informative on places to visit, and places to eat etc. We had a wooden time and I would recommend that everyone stay here at least once in your lifetime.'

'The spaces are great for larger groups to have space away and privacy for breaks. The pool and outdoor dining area was amazing. As expected, water pressure in these older homes can be inconsistent, but was not a problem. The home is a bit away from major highways, so day trips were a little more local driving, but didn’t limit us. Host family is nearby for support, but non intrusive and very accommodating. We had a wonderful dinner prepared our final night and everything was very hospitable.'

'De Toscane is fantastisch, zeker als je van cultuur, wijn en goed eten houdt. Deze woning ligt perfect centraal gelegen in de regio, waarbij alles wat je wilt ondernemen op ongeveer een half uur rijden afstand ligt. En dat terwijl de woning heerlijk rustig in de natuur ligt. 'heel prima woning maar de fotos tonen mooier dan werkelijkheid. De grootste teleurstelling was het aantal regels/ niet zwemmen of geluid na 20.00 dus moeilijk n feestje te bouwen.De keuken is wat behelpen/niet voor 10 personen lijkt me'

'We had a wonderful time staying at Countryside Florence Villa. Pool was an absolute highlight during the heatwave Italy was experiencing at the beginning of our trip. Also being nestled in the hills outside of Florence meant it was 5C cooler at the house than down in the City. 'Our group of 6 adults stayed at this beautiful property May 2024. If you're comfortable being in a Tuscany location that isn't walkable to restaurants or other services, stay here! You will need a car to visit some of the amazing towns in the vicinity. The host and her daughter provided excellent communication before, during and after our stay. 'Our stay was amazing. The location was beautiful and easy for us to explore the surrounding area with ease. The house was beautiful, very clean and our host was most gracious. Upon arrival we had made a passing comment on how beautiful the patio terrace was and how a fire pit would be a nice touch so that we could enjoy it longer into the cool night. After the dinner our host organized for us at a local restaurant we returned to having a fire pit and wood on the patio. They went above and beyond...

'Everything about our stay was perfect - the house was absolutely incredible and the view was unmatched. Serena was the best part of our stay. Her food was incredible and she was a joy to have around. The best dining experience we had in all of Tuscany! 'Fint sted, men ikke så retvisende at der står at der er aircondition i annoncen, men i realiteten er det mod ekstrabetaling. Der er i det hele taget en del som er mod ekstrabetaling som ikke fremgår af annoncen. Det bør fremgå. Vask, affaldssortering mm. Men smukt sted, og god udlejer ifht. At respondere på beskeder. Dog lidt misforståelser på engelsk.'

'Een mooi en ruim vakantiewoning met alles erop en eraan. Het huis is nog mooier dan de foto's. We hebben genoten van de gastvrijheid van Barbara en haar familie. Heel hard genoten van de Toscaanse avondmaal . Een week was te kort.'

'Mooie villa, volledig ingericht. Heerlijk buiten vertoeven in zwembad, jacuzzi, lounche of dinning area. Volledig privé Practische keuken en heerlijke pizza oven en bbq buiten. Super goed contact met de eigenares, problemen werden gelijk opgelost en alle vragen gelijk beantwoord. Regelmatig bijhouden en schoonmaken van het zwembad en de jacuzzi. Kortom; echt de moeite waard Veel goede tips en fantastische omgeving. Heel dicht bij Sienna.'

'Allereerst was het contact met de eigenaren Michele en Elisabetta super! Zij communiceren snel via het berichtencentrum van VRBO, en evt. via WhatsApp, en helpen je als er iets onduidelijk is. Het is huis prachtig. Klopt ook helemaal zoals op de foto's te zien is. Helaas alleen in 2 slaapkamers een airco, dus op de andere 2 slaapkamers was het zeer warm. Ook de woonkamer was erg warm, daar hebben we de mobiele airco steeds aangezet. Helaas hadden de onderburen last van de uitblaas van de airco,...
