'Magnifique séjour dans cette villa. Piscine privée qui fait du bien sous 45°! A environ 30 min de magnifiques villes et villages comme Alberobello, Loco Rotondo etc . Plages à 10 minutes en voiture. Le propriétaire Danilo est très sympathique et répond rapidement en cas de questions sur la maison ou encore pour nous conseiller des choses sympa à faire dans la région ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans les Pouilles !'

'We stayed in villa Sergio for a week with 6 persons (4 adult, 2 kids) and we had a lovely week. We had a very nice and warm welcome when we arrived! The villa is nice, spacious and well equiped. The kids (and adults) loved the outdoor area with the swimmingpool, relaxing places and the garden. The villa is well located and there is a mini-market in the neighbourhood and a big supermarket at approx 10-15 minutes drive in the city of Monopoli. 'De dagen dat de zon schijnt wil je eigenlijk niet meer weg uit het schilderachtige kabouter huisje; het zwembad, de tuin, het uitzicht, spelende kinderen, de rust... Maar het weer zat tijdens onze vakantie ( eind maart) niet helemaal mee. We hadden dagen van 4 tot 6 graden. De trullo, met zn tegelvloer, is dan wat moeilijk warm te krijgen. 'Belle maison au milieu des champs avec un très bel extérieur avec piscine malheureusement commune, bien que l'autre maison est également une piscine moins belle, ce qui fait devoir partager ce très bel espace équipé de transats avec dessertes, de parasols et d'un baby foot. Un court de tennis à disposition avec raquettes et balles. Une petite cuisine ouverte bien équipée qui donne sur le salon. Une belle chambre spacieuse avec 2 petites chambres. 'This home was the perfect place for my 3 children and I to experience Puglia for the week. This gated home is beautiful and completely secure and private. It has multiple covered gazebos, an outdoor kitchen and great pool. We were there during abnormally hot temperatures but it was bearable with the indoor ac, pool and coverage outside. 'Perfect location for visiting all the sites like Alberobello, locorotundo, Monopoli, and ancient ruins of Egnazio. Touring in the am then beach or hot tub later in the day. Living room small but you spend all your time outside large lounging area with lounge chairs. Capitols is easy to walk around with sidewalks 4 restaurants and a couple bars. 'Maison au top avec piscine adaptée pour les grands et les petits . Malgré le fait que la maison se situe sur les hauteurs de Monopoli , on trouve tout sur place, restaurant , mini market , station et l’Eden Bar juste à côté au top pour le pain , pizza, foccacia, tabac .'

'An absolutely amazing property with everything you need , alot to do and amenities within a short drive away. Vincenzo is very helpful nothing is too much of a problem. 'Een heerlijk appartement gerund door een familie die erg veel service geven. Alles is zeer modern, maar bovenal zeer knus en gezellig. Lastig blijft parkeren in Monopoli, en voorkom dat je de binnenstad inrijdt op plekken waar het verboden is voor een toerist om te rijden. Je dient je auto dus op zo'n 5-10 minuten loopafstand te parkeren. Informeer hotel van tevoren waar je moet parkeren. Wij gaan zeker terug. '

'We had a wonderfull stay in Autumn. Lots of space, options to sit outsite, a truly original feeling of the house. The only missers was that it was on the VRBO website it was stated to be 0.2 km from the Monopoli Catherdral. So we expected to be near the centre of Monopoli, which it is absolutely not. It is as quiet and outside as you can get.....'
