'The rooms were comfortable and the staff were very nice. The hotel is very conveniently located, not far from most of the main sights in the old town of Palermo and just outside of a free parking place (if you are able to find a spot in this hectic location!). We didn't quite realize how much the hotel guests would be intermixed with the students who stay at Camplus. This made our stay a bit louder and more uncomfortable than we would have liked. 'What a special place! The location is walkable to so many dining and shopping areas as well as the Opera House. The owners are remarkably kind and the rooms are well-appointed and comfortable. The dining at Dobo rooftop restaurant was memorable for both the view and the exceptional food. Paola and Dominico, the owners, were extremely personable and provided wonderful suggestions and made our stay special. I would return and stay here again ~ it was excellent.'

'This hotel was amazing! Great staff, very clean hotel, and room. The beds were comfy, breakfast was provided daily, and was always fresh. I was always asked if I wanted a coffee and the staff would go make me one. A/C works great. It's on the 4th floor so great views. Close to Palermo centrale, grocery store almost directly across the street, bus stop is maybe a 2-minute walk. '

La suite è pulitissima e spaziosa, con una terrazza ad uso esclusivo dove è possibile rilassarsi in tranquillità. 'Do not book. This hotel does not align with the photos - it is very cheap materials and construction. My husband was locked in the bathroom for almost an hour, the elevator broke, and the front door to our room wouldn’t close. We stayed only one night of the 5 we booked and they told us that these issues with the space were our fault and refuse to refund our cancelled nights. Just don’t even book it'

'Accolti con molta gentilezza da Ken, un giovane addetto che ci ha fornito informazioni esaurienti sulla casa e sulle diverse attrattive del centro storico di Palermo, lasciandoci un suo numero di telefono al quale rintracciarlo in caso di bisogno. L'appartamento è comodo, apprezzabile la presenza dell'ascensore! Nel complesso, siamo soddisfatti della nostra scelta e ci sentiamo di consigliarla anche ad altri. Se proprio dobbiamo proporre qualche miglioramento, potremmo consigliare di spolverare...
