We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is really aesthetically pleasing and instagramable. It has a luxe and chill feel. Nice music with a good vibe. Also enjoyed the free extra’s: entertainment, beach beds and bicycles. There are plenty of restaurants and food options in the area. Ocean drive is a 3 minute walk from the hotel.

Prachtig (Instagram) hotel en echt aan alle details is gedacht. Leuke poolparties in het weekend. De kamers zijn niet groot, maar er is genkeg bergruimte en grote tv met Netflix app. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op 5 min van het strand, waar ze ook bedjes hebben. Het restaurant is wel prijzig en de bedden bij het zwembad kunnen wel vernieuwd worden.

Had a great stay at this property! Very fun and convenient area. Lots of food places available within walking distance, Walgreens & CVS 2 minutes away which is super convenient for those quick last minute runs. The property itself was very relaxing and beautiful. Although the property was built in recent years and has a more boutique style to it, the halls and interior could honestly use a little more upkeep or attention however, overall it was a very nice hotel. The staff downstairs was super inviting and fun(I forget the two gentleman's names & the young lady), that made things a lot more inviting before coming off a lot of money for the check in. LOL The idea of a gym was thoughtful & cool, wish in the future they do some additions with more machinery but a gym on vacation isn't necessarily the most important. The pool party my wife & I attended was super fun & chill. Packed with people BUT everyone was calm & collective while having a great time. Overall, 9/10 rating! I would love to revisit.

I had the worst stay there even when I ordered food I had to come downstairs to pick it up because no one was allowed to stay the room was untidy even when. I leave the room and come back everything was so bad about it the Tope’s where not changed I rate this hotel a one star no one should ever go there and we were asked to drop an amount of $400 at the counter for damages I have checked out for a week now I still haven’t gotten that money back !

We waited a long time for valet. There was no welcome reception as advertised. Pool was filthy and we couldn't swim in it. Requested a refund on the $45 resort fee. We were told the management would get back to us on that and they never did. Lots of promises and no follow through.

This hotel is by far the cutest one I’ve ever been too! I absolutely love it! My husband and I attended a pool party which we are probably too old for but it made for good people watching! If you want a more relaxing vibe by the pool I wouldn’t choose this hotel but other than that it was amazing!

The rooms are very small and drinks at the bar are very expensive. Other than that, it is a very nice place.

SECURITY BREACH ALERT !!! Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights this week. Hotel is beautiful and location is excellent. However, a stranger came into my room at 2.14 AM (while I was sleeping). I was shocked, confused and nervous as I was traveling solo. Keep in mind, I even had the dead bolt turned down. Despite of that, he was able to enter my room. I was attending a conference at this hotel, and had to wake up early but sadly couldn't sleep well because of dealing with this security breach incident. I was uncomfortable and felt extremely unsafe for the remainder of my stay. Hotel simply acknowledged the situation and poorly explained a report they printed. Front desk staff was extremely rude and simply didn't care. I paid almost $800 for my stay. No compensation was offered to me, merely an apology!

Everything was great until i rented a bike from Zybra since the hotel gave me two hours for free. I went to a café with the bike parked it outside and someone stole it. The company is now charging me $800 for the bike and no one is willing to help dispute the charge. Very disappointed that i am being punished while on vacation for someone stealing a bike and having to pay more that i payed for my stay at the hotel for a few minutes bike ride.

Pros: the common areas of this hotel are nice, and the hotel is well located. Cons: We booked a king room which was advertised as 400sqft- this was majorly inaccurate. Our king room barely had enough room to walk around and lay suitcases. It was a cabin. We were moved to another room calling out the size of the first room, and were moved to another king (accessible) room. Definitely bigger, however extremely subpar, shower was not clean- hair in the drain, grimy and not stocked with basic items like a shower cap. If you stay here, do not have any expectations for the rooms- made our stay unpleasant. Thank you to Yara for trying to accommodate as best as she could, but again, the hotel rooms are incorrectly advertised and the rooms are not well maintained and feel dirty.

Staff wasn’t much eager to help, asked for room cleaning many times but no one came for 2 days. Room amenities- shampoo, body wash are of very cheap quality, hair got damaged. Rooms are very tiny. Location is good tho. Elevators are pre fast lol.

Love the Goodtime hotel! There was a party at the pool when I showed up and guests had access. Always a great place to stay and a great value. Rooms are small but the property makes up for it.

Service left much to be be desired. Every single request went unfulfilled. I waited hours for a blanket the first night. I had to collect items from the Front desk on several occasions because it took too long to be delivered. They just kept apologizing nonchalantly and promising someone would soon come. I just checked out and I requested an iron 40 minutes ago. I had to get one from the room attendant in the hallway. When I mentioned at checkout not to worry about the iron the receptionist said “oh it never came?”. Nice property. Go if you want to party and service doesn’t matter. They seem to be understaffed. They were nice enough just ineffective and unapologetic.

Los espacios comunes del hotel estan muy bien (biblioteca, terrazas, piscina, lobby, hall). Las habitaciones son pequeñas, con gran ventanal y mucha luz natural. El cuarto de baño amplio y comodo. Necesita mejorar el sistema de limpieza de habitaciones, no es diario y repasan muy rapido la habitacion sin llegar a barrer. Traiamos arena de la playa que estuvo en el suelo todos los días que nos alojamos ahí.

We LOVED The Goodtime Hotel!!! We will for sure be going back!!! All the staff were nice, and friendly. We did have an issue getting towels one day, the front desk was so awesome, but it didn’t translate to getting our towels until the next day. But the rest of the experience was so awesome we didn’t even care!!! We rented a daybed at the Strawberry Moon pool party and had a blast!!! We loved the location, walkable to everything South Beach has to offer!!! Rooms are small but cool, we had a great view from the 6th floor too!!!

Underwhelming
The hotel staff is nice, but the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. The pool loungers were disgusting and in need of new covers. The room was exceptionally small, and we have traveled large cities and internationally so small rooms don’t bother us. This one was beyond cramped. There was only 1 small garbage can in the bathroom. The bed was super hard. We won’t stay here again.
