Prijs eten erg duur (niks bijzonders). Kamers zijn wel schoon zwarte verf laat los van de kranen, douche straal is zacht, personeel erg vriendelijk. Ze doen als een heel sjiek hotel voor maar de Eden Roc/Nobu hotel zitten in één gebouw.

We had an amazing time at the Nobu property. The hotel is beautifully decorated and well kept. The furniture is clean and looks new without scratches and scuffs that I've seen in other hotels. The outdoor areas are gorgeous, and relaxing with many pools to choose from, including a Nobu guest only, adult pool. But, by far the most notable part of our stay was the great service that we were me with from almost every staff member. The staff was pleasant and agreeable and tried to accommodate any requests made in a timely and easygoing fashion. We will definitely be back.

The ocean view room was amazing but only two working elevators was problematic when you have as many guests as this hotel has on a regular basis. Some of the service lacked but I'd be willing to stay again.

This didn’t give the “Nobu” feel and I feel slighted due to the fact that it’s still connected to Eden Roc. The look definitely gives off Nobu bought a portion of Eden Roc and added the Nobu aesthetic.

Came here for a weekend getaway, which was amazing. We upgraded our room to the zen suite (awesome!), but I'm sure a standard room would also have been great. The suite had a wraparound balcony with fantastic views of the ocean and marina. Access to the beach was easy--we each had our own chair and umbrella, and it was fun to be able to order food and drinks to the beach. The beach area with other hotel clientele was peaceful and relaxing. The only negatives were that there was noise late at night outside and in the hallway, but I expect that on a Saturday night in Miami Beach. Service at the hotel bar could be slow, but not a big deal to me. The music in the lobby also got loud at night, which didn't bother us but might be good for others to be aware of. Overall, we had a great time here and would be thrilled to return.

Customer service is terrible. The phone in my room didn't work the whole 3 night stay. Even with multiple complaints, it was never fixed and no one follow up With that.

The room was very clean. It looked exactly like on Expedia’s picture: king oceanfront with a balcony. I enjoyed in room dining, would recommend lobster tempura from Nobu food. The adult pool was perfect for relaxation. The service was exceptional.

Staff were great. Pool food and music was terrible. Room was nice. It was a little run down in the bathroom but besides that it was fine. We had some issues with noise from our neighbors one night and staff quickly handled it which we appreciated. I would probably go back if they upgraded their food and beverage offerings. Room service wasn’t 24/7 and pool food was really bad.

When we arrived I was asked for my card then someone came over to let us know the ocean view zen room wasn’t available and placed us on the Eden roc side. No notification ahead of time no explaining prior to taking my card for payment after deducting before I got to the property. I was highly disappointed .

I HIGHLY reccomend avoiding this hotel at ALLLLL COSTS! I actually think this hotel is probably giving Nobu a bad rep. I have never ever stayed at a 5 star hotel with such a poor experience. The customer service & overall service was extremely poor. It was really bad. I considered staying at another hotel because I didn’t know if I could stay here any longer. The hotel is notttttt nice. The adult pool was the only nice part of this hotel but we tried to get lunch there and they said they weren’t serving lunch sooooo that was nice. We had 4 people in our room & they only gave us 2 chairs??????? The security guard was screaming at me because I didn’t have my wrist band on- I said you cannot yell at your hotel guest like that? When calling the front desk they may or may not answer. The sauna was broken and cracked. If you need anything from the front desk expect to wait an hour for it. We waited an hour for ice. The breakfast buffet was an actual joke and like $50 a person. They had rubbery eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns and danishes. Waited 30 minutes to get seated when the restaurant was less then half full. Asked for extra ketchup for my burger at lunch- just never got it. I stayed at the Nobu in Cabo a few weeks ago and my experience there was unmatched. I am embarrassed for this hotel. Spend a few hundred more a night and stay at 1 Hotel south instead. TRUST ME!!! Sooooooooo bad here. Never ever ever ever ever again. I don’t think I would stay here for free

First we were suppose to be checked in latest by 4pm which is understandable since we came at 3:30. But we weren’t checked in till 4:45pm. We decided to eat in the bar area while waiting for our room and we ordered nobu food but our drinks didn’t come till we finished eating. Finally we get our room and see a gross centipede crawling. Secondly the room service food was literally disgusting we paid $113 for a burger and salmon. We ordered a dessert crème Brulé and it wasn’t even light on fire like it said
