Cottages in Mellieha

'I've stayed in villas every holiday and have travelled to Malta and Gozo many times. Advertised as a 'cosy/quaint cottage' is mis-leading, as are the photographs that are meant to represent the accommodation. On arrival, the house was dirty, with cobwebs and a layer of dust/grime in the kitchen on the appliances and the oven was not clean. 'The apartment is so much bigger than shown on the pictures. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the apartment is located in an area near to restaurants and shops. Also the beach is nearby. Ray and Maria are the perfect hosts! They welcomed us like their family and were always available if we “needed” them. If we come back to Malta we will definitely stay here again!'
