Klein ligbad met badstop die niet helemaal afsluit
Zeer vriendelijk personeel, maar bij het uitchecken lieten ze me wel zelf de koffers dragen. Terwijl ze daarvoor zowat over hun voeten struikelden om mijn koffers voor mij te dragen. Typisch ... De suite was ruim, maar het ligbad erg klein. En dat je met je voet de badstop naar beneden moet drukken, omdat hij niet goed sluit is toch wel lastig als je lekker wilt ontspannen in je bad(je). Een minpunt dus.

Wat een oase van rust is het hotel. Prachtig ingericht, mooie kamers waar je absoluut geen last hebt van andere gasten. Er wordt veel zorg besteed aan de inrichting, verse bloemen op je kamer, rozenblaadjes mooi geschikt. Prima team, goede sfeer onderling. Ontbijt is erg goed, keuze uit Europees en Marokaans. Goede (kleine) lunchkaart en avondeten is goed. Schone Hammam, prettige bar. Receptie geeft goede adviezen over trips.Wij zijn met een gids door de souks gegaan, maar hij stemt alles af op wat jij wilt als klant. Goede transfer van en naar vliegveld. Op loopafstand van het grote plein, zo'n 15 minuten. Als je dat te ver vindt zijn er voldoende petit taxi's. Marrakech

you are entering a different world if you enter the hotel from the street. where the streets are busy and somewhat dirty, the hotel is immaculate. The rooms are large and luxurious, the food is great, the courtyards are quiet, the pool is ok. Especially if you want to roam the kasbah this is a good starting point. It is even possible to walk to the city center (the main square) in 15 minutes. Although the hotel has a pool, there's not much sun during the day because of the high walls surrounding the hotel. This is a disadvantage in low temps, an advantage in high temps. It is only 15 minutes from the airport. The hotel will pick you up if desired.

Great service on a convenient location
It's a great hotel with great service, nice rooms and a very good restaurant. The hotel staff is very attentive and genuinely nice. When we flew to Marrakech we had a delay of a few hours, but the driver of the hotel (Abdul) was still there waiting for us, and still smiling! The neighborhood, The Kasbah, is beautiful; you immediately feel like you're in the real, old Marrakech. It takes you about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the central square Jemaa el Fna.

A tranquil paradise a short walk from the wonderful frenzy that is Marrakech. From wonderful hosts, amazing staff, well appointed rooms, delightful pool area and very good food Les Borjs de la Kasbah is a perfect place to stay while visiting Marrakech. Nothing is a trouble to the staff. Highly recommend.

Intimate 5-Star Experience in the Marrakech Medina
Les Borjs de la Kasbah is outstanding in every way. The riad is tastefully decorated and there is beauty around every corner. The staff are truly exceptional. The restaurant is top-notch, offering some of the best food in Morocco - with a wonderful breakfast every morning. And the location can’t be beat.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. It is located in a less crazy and busy area of Marrakech, close to the airport, but with shops and amenities readily available. All the staff were attentive, friendly, and so very helpful. The accomodations were beautiful, well-appointed, clean, and with so many little "extras" to enhance our experience and comfort. This made our stay most enjoyable and relaxing. We have found a magical oasis of comfort and beauty in Les Borgs de la Kasbah of Marrakech. The experience here has, most certainly, gven us a reason to stay in Marrakech upon our return to Morocco.

I usually don't leave comments unless very disappointed or, as in this case, extremely satisfied. The place is clean, cozy, and offer everything you might expect from a nice riad. I have used all of their services and I was happy with them. What really makes it special is the people working there. Hamza, Naoufel, Nora...and I do not mention all the other people working at the restaurant, breakfast and so on...so kind and so adorable that will meke me come back to this riad even just to say hi. They have helped me out to sort some issues, orientated me....a full 5 stars to them, and a big big THANK YOU!

Best Riad in Marrakech
This road in the Kasbah section of the Marrakech Medina is nothing short of spectacular. Tom and Nora are exceptional in their hospitality. The restotation of this facility is both completely modern and and beautiful expression of Moroccan art and culture. I would absolutely return for a longer stay without question.

The property is very well maintained, it was a new experience for me staying in a riad but I felt completely comfortable here. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room had good AC, there was a TV with movies in English for entertainment. The staff is very attentive, warm and friendly. I felt safe here and although on a busy street inside it is very quite. The spa was an amazing experience, very relaxing. My first time with Hamman and I would recommend it. The pool is a good size with toilet facilities, shower and service. The owner Tom and his Wife Nora are very welcoming and seek feed back to inprove on an already excellent service. My most pleasurable experience here was the food from the restaurant. The food did not disappoint one bit. I did the half board which I highly recommend. The food was delicious, every night was a nice surprise of flavors. In all I would highly refer this place to anyone visiting the area.For myself it was a very quiet place that I could relax and feel safe.

Warm, welcoming service in the old city
This hotel inside the old city has a wonderful staff! The rooms are spacious and centered around a lovely courtyard. The bathrooms were also spacious although my 6'1" son had to stoop in the walk in shower. The bathrooms were missing wash cloths and conditioner but I think those are American expectations. I would also recommend slippers as the floors are lovely tiles. The spa is lovely and there is a pool to cool off after a hot day exploring. The staff is what makes this hotel wonderful! We would stay again.

Overall good. Location is not far from famous square around 15mins walk. There was one night we do not have hot water luckily it was not a cold day. The host were Super friendly and we enjoy staying here. We also enjoy the local wine that offered by this Riad.
