Amazing Find!
This house was a fantastic discovery! All the beds were comfortably sized for adults, and the space was more than sufficient for our corporate event. Even with 18 people, including during our breakout sessions, the space never felt too crowded. The house's charming, historical ambiance really enhanced our experience! My team thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and the delightful backstory of the house.

A perfect getaway!
I don't know if words will adequately describe how great this place was! We had a son doing his Senior Concert at Snow College so a bunch of us got together to support him at the concert. We stayed two days and made great use of the hot tub, sports court and the theatre room. Excellent placement for Snow College events - far enough to be quiet but close enough to be convenient. The furniture was comfortable and the layout allowed plenty of space for our 23 people without anyone tripping over each other. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes/cooking items. The beds were comfortable and the linens were fantastic! My only complaint is that I didn't book it for more days... I didn't want to leave. Thank you so much to the hosts- there has been a fair amount of challenges for our family over the past little bit and all of us left rested and recharged. Much needed.

Great stay
We enjoyed this house and all it's amenities. Having enough beds and room to spread out was great. Having a sports court, ping pong, pool table, theater room, hot tub, fire pit, playground, made the stay even better. We didn't have any kids with us this trip, but we would love to bring them and stay again. It was easy to work with the property manager, and the communication was great. We are grateful when we can find a place that we can both enjoy and afford still.

Incredible place for a large group.
We booked this place for the high school mtn race. We ended up with 27 people for two nights and this property was perfect for our needs. The kids played ping pong, basketball, pool while the parents simply hung out in the family room and hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped, lots of bathrooms and bedrooms it was so fun. Hope to stay here again for the next time we race in Manti.

A Great Home!
This was a wonderful home! It has everything you need & is in an excellent location.The home is laid out beautifully with everything you need & with plenty of private room for all to enjoy. We were able to ride our ATV's straight into town & onto the trails! Rachel was excelent to work with. I'll surely rent this home again when in Manti!!

Amazing Labor Day weekend
We had an excellent stay at Jr his property. The fenced in playground, theater room and hot tub were the biggest hits. It was super clean, spacious, and filled with everything we needed.

Huge house with lots to do
Had a great time on a family reunion. More than enough space for everyone and lots to do - even more than what’s listed on the description. There’s a private playground and nice basketball hoop with a big driveway…anyway, just exactly what you’d want in a reunion home.

Beautiful house
We loved our stay for our family reunion. Everything was exactly as described. The place is big enough for everyone to have their own space. We loved having access to the 3 car garage, along with the house. The master suite is incredible!! I can’t say enough good about this beautiful house.

Great place for a Family Reunion
For a family who has a reunion every 3 years we love having a place we can all be under 1 roof together and this place accomplished that for us! Kitchen and appliances were fantastic, theres plenty to do at the house like hotubbing and watching movies in the theater room as well as pool and ping pong. The owners are fantastic as well and very quick to respond to our needs! They've added more seating from what you see in the pictures, so that was wonderful for our large group! We really enjoyed our stay at the Manti Retreat! Thank you for sharing such a beautiful space to gather as a family!

Grandpa"s 80th Birthday
This home was beautiful and had enough room for our large extended family. The main rooms were convenient for socializing but there were lots of smaller areas for smaller group conversations. The house was close to hiking and fishing.

Family Reunion 2023
The home was very accommodating for our children, their spouses, and our 10 grandchildren (ages 14 to 1). Everyone had plenty of space and there was always something to do in the home or in the community. The kids loved the outside play structure as well as the children's playroom in the house. Rachel was very responsive to our questions as they came up. We were very supported. Our family would stay here again. I would highly recommend this home and especially Rachel as a host.

Great for family get togethers
We had a family Christmas party here and it was perfect for us. We have a large family and every adult couple got their own room with king or queen size beds and the kids all got to share rooms with their cousins. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans big enough to cook portions correctly for our size of group. The hot tub was so nice as well just off the back of the porch easily accessible. But the big winner for the kids was the theater room with a PS5, ping pong, and pool table that kept everyone engaged and playing together. We will definitely use this house again the next time we get together. Being under one roof instead of spread out between 2 house, hotels, and trailers made it so we had more time together as a family.
