All'origine della scelta di cambiare da buffet self service a servito al tavolo c'è il COVID, ma poi, dopo lunga e capillare intervista agli Ospiti, abbiamo determinato che la stragrande maggioranza adora essere servita, dato che il buffet sul menu è ricchissimo e senza limiti di porzioni. Personalmente al piccolo "problemino" sui toast una soluzione l'avrei trovata tempo zero... Grazie ancora e arrivederci!

I also must say that it is a lie that we haven't change the towels, because thy were not on the floor, and even that it is quite absurd to ask to turn on the cool conditioning when outside the temperature is 13° and the other Guests ask for heating... Siamo spiacenti per la lamentela , la camera però è da definizione "piccola matrimoniale", e ci dispiace davvero che non sia stata di vostro gradimento, purtroppo poi, con l'hotel completo, non potevamo cambiare camera né darvi upgrade. Ci spiace molto ma il direttore era OFF, non poteva nemmeno volendo incontrarvi. Infine ci offende molto che pensiate che la vostra provenienza possa essere per noi fonte di discriminazione: abbiamo da sempre e sempre avremo rispetto di tutti gli Ospiti, da ovunque arrivino.
