Heel vriendelijk personeel. Buffet is heel uitgebreid. Verschillende activiteiten zowel voor volwassenen als voor kinderen. De kamers hebben wel een update nodig. Mehmet, 1 van de redders, was onze favoriete persoon!

Everything with the hotel and the staff is perfect. The food is VERY VERY GOOD. Pools are sparkling clean. Staff is friendly and professional. What I didn't like is more to do with the nature - the rocks in the water hurt very much when you kick one you didn't see - if they could just clean the beach from underwater rocks everything could be just perfect.

En güzel tatil :)
Otel bence oldukça iyi. Havuzu büyük, yemekleri çeşitli, gün içinde aktiviteler çok. Her an istediğinize ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Temizlik konusunda oldukça titizler. Plajı kum ve güzel ama denizi oldukça taşlı. Deniz ayakkabısı hariç girmek oldukça zor. Hele küçük çocuk falan imkansız. Kumla oynar ancak kenarda. Biz havuzda geçirdik tatilimizi öyle olunca. Havuz kalabalık değildi bayram olmasına rağmen. Şezlong bulmak hiç zor olmuyor. Alternatif oldukça fazla. Odalar temiz ve modern. Biz oldukça memnun kaldık. Tüm herkese öneriyoruz :)

Öncelikle bizi tercih ettiğiniz için ve vakit ayırıp yorumunuzu paylaştığınız için çok teşekkür ederiz. Misafir memnuniyetinin ön planda olduğu tesisimizde güzel bir konaklama geçirmiş olmanıza bizler de çok sevindik. Bu bölge caretta carettalar için doğal koruma alanı olduğu için deniz içindeki kayaları maalesef temizleyemiyoruz. Sizi tekrar aramızda görmekten büyük memnuniyet duyacağımızı belirtir o zamana dek sağlıklı ve mutlu günler dileriz.

La Turchia una sorpresa
Siamo stati in questo hotel ad agosto con amici, l’hotel non è certo un 5 stelle dei nostri Italiani ma comunque molto carino e piacevole, il personale molto gentile, il trattamento all inclusive è veramente il Top si mangia e si bene senza limiti, il buffet è sempre vario e abbondante il cibo è buono,le camere sono discretamente pulite, le ragazze delle pulizie si dimenticavano spesso gli asciugamani, ma niente di grave. La scoperta è la cittadina vicino a 5 Km , Side, che è un sito archeologico quasi pari a Roma bellissimo....il centro shopping è pieno di grandi occasioni bellissimo.

Overall a very good stay
Overall a very good stay and pleased with what was provided and value for money. We don't normally do all inclusive deals but this was a good first holiday with a new baby. Comments of note; - our non-smoking room was between two smoking rooms so out on the balcony or with the patio door open it meant you could smell next doors smoking - beer was never replenished in the mini bar - the beach was maybe a 6/10 - make sure you book al la carte restaurants days in advance - there is a taxi bank right outside the hotel entrance, granted the same pricing as what reception told, which is good

Nice hotel with great team members!
Very relaxing stay at main building and then switched to villa room which is highly recommended if you are looking for some quite place during your stay.

We're a family of 4 and stayed in one of the Lake Houses. Big apartments with their own pool which were really nice. Food was excellent with plenty of choice Only downside was the transfer from the airport. We paid extra for a service that guaranteed no more than 4 stops that would take just over an hour. We were held at the airport and did not leave until 1am while they waited for other passengers. The minibus then made 7 stops, including a 15 minute break for the driver at a grotty road side cafe at 2.30am in the morning to try to get us to spend money. Total transfer time was 2.5 hours in the early hours with 2 tired children - a pretty awful start to the holiday! My advice would be to book a direct transfer through the hotel you are staying at.

Good hotel but not 5 stars, good location and close to the beach, food is ok , cleanness is good , good place to relax but not enough swimming pool just one swimming pool which was crowded although there was relaxing pool but small one.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Strand
Das Hotel ist sehr schön direkt am Meer gelegen. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Nachdem wir sehr freundlich empfangen wurden, haben wir unser Zimmer bezogen. Wir waren begeistert - der Blick auf den Pool und das Meer einfach traumhaft. Leider wärte die Freude über das Zimmer nicht lange, denn direkt unter unserem Zimmer befand sich die Showbühne. Unsere Befürchtungen wurden leider bestätigt, wir fanden in dieser Nacht kaum Schlaf. Schweren Herzens haben wir uns am nächsten Tag ein neues Zimmer geben lassen. Unserem "Wunsch" wurde sehr schnell & äußerst freundlich entsprochen. Ansonsten haben wir aber einen traumhaften Urlaub mit leckerem und abwechslungsreichem Essen, sehr freundlichen und unaufdringlichem Personal verlebt. Die Wasserrutschen waren für unseren 7-jährigem Sohn natürlich das Highlight :o)

Perfect spot for relaxation and family time!
Arriving very late we got the best welcome; a glass of wine, something to eat from the night buffet and a golf car transport to our room. We had a relaxing week in this very nice and well kept hotel just by the beach. Family room was very spacious. Comfortable beds, good wifi and aircon. Enjoyed 4 of the a la carte restaurants (make sure to book!) and all were fantastic except the Chinese one which was a real disappointment. The buffe restaurant is also good and had fantastic variation of food. Free drinks (quality was not super, though) and good, personal service from bar staff. Animation was ok - the pool party was a fun event. We would love to come back to Turquoise (if Turkey's political situation eventually will be stabilized...)!

Zum Ausspannen perfekt
Wir haben hier in einer der Villa´s einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt gehabt. Im Rahmen der Nebensaison war das Hotel nicht überfüllt, so dass wir mit wenigen anderen Familien unseren Pool geteilt haben. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, Service kompetent und freundlich. Die Anlage liegt im Pinienwald, die Gebäude sind von Gärten umgeben. Alles ist sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt. Die Essensauswahl ist zu allen Mahlzeiten riesig, hier findet jeder etwas. Die Anlage ist komplett behindertengerecht. Selbst an den strand kommt man mit Rollstuhl oder Kinderwagen. Es gibt tägliche Animation und Kinderunterhaltung, der man, wenn man nicht möchte ,auch gut entgehen kann. Alles im allem hatten wir einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt und überlegen im nächsten Jahr wieder zu kommen.

Reiches Angebot an Programm für alle Altersgruppen. Regnet es, dann haben sie einen Plan B für die Aktivitäten, die im Freien statt finden hätten sollen. Gute Küche rund um die Uhr. Schönen Steg am Strand.

VELDIG BRA HOTELL I SIDE
Veldig bra hotell med bra standard - veldig bra og variert mat! Fine fasiliteter og veldig rent! Eneste minus at det ikke var gåavstand inn til Side som vi hadde forstått ut fra beskrivelsen - hotellet kunne gjerne hatt en shuttlebuss som gikk inn dit (ellers ok å bruke lokalbussen!). Alt veldig bra!

Top gepflegtes Hotel
Wir habe ein sehr sauberes, gepflegtes und sehr schön angelegte Hotelanlage vorgefunden. Das Essen ist erste Klasse für jeden was dabei. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder bitte weiter so machen 👍👍

Trevlig personal, bra dykcenter.
3e gången på det här hotellet. Mkt trevlig personal och helt ok all incl. Åker mest hit för det fantastiska dykcentret, men inte för att det är så imponerande dyk. Utan för den familjära stämningen. Har mött många vänner här, och kommer åka igen nästa år.

My stay!
Beautiful hotel. Not many British people but that didn’t bother us. Brilliant all inclusive- food and drinks 24/7 including cocktails! short distance from town centres and things to do around the hotel such as water sports, diving etc. Main pool is enormous really relaxing and lovely surroundings.

Cannot fault this hotel in anyway. Choice of food was good but could be more vegetarian selection with signs showing which items were- kept having to ask but not confident of answers as so many staff.
